Valley Truss Company, one of the area's top small businesses located at 4100 S. Eagleson Rd. Valley Truss Company has been making quality trusses since 1962 when Bob Buchwitz had a vision for the future of construction in the southwest. In 1986 Bob retired and handed off the rains to Dennis and Pam Moodie they continued the vision until 2000 when Jason and Mike Moodie purchased the truss plant.
A modern manufacturing plant, even in the days of computers and smart phones a company needs to have key employees to make it run efficiently and at a profit in the challenging times we face.

Poor Customer Service I emailed the info to their salesman, Larry. They must be overworked or the work environment is toxic. This guy couldn't be more indignant. The plans I sent were easily priced out by Interframe. Larry rudely said he couldn't do it. I don't see the need to treat people poorly when they are asking to do business with your company

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Attempted to call the office because of THEIR DRIVER driving dangerously; first attempt to call I was hung up on. 2nd call when the lady answered I let her know the concerns and she entirely shrugged me off! Bad customer service and bad drivers hopefully their trusses are better quality then service!

My experience with Valley Truss people were very nice, but the product that I recieved was NOT of good quality, one truss was broken, the trusses are warped with poor quality in there wood, we have been fighting the trusses from the time they were set in place, runners are warped we had to put blocks in them to try and get them straight enough to use, now when you run a string line we can see that in order to get sheet rock up we will have to fight them with more blocks to straighten wraps in the wood. They have cost us alot of time and money just to get them useable. The quality is not there. BUYER BE WARE.
