QT installed our roof and is refusing to come out to pitch the flashing in correct direction. **QT now suggesting that they can only install flashing pitched in the proper direction if you have freshly tuck pointed brick**

Friends have told me that this company's owner is the same as the owner of the rental property management company called QT properties, which has failed to properly maintain the roofs on some of its own properties. Troubling.is this an issue of unqualified technicians at QTCCR or property manager who is ignoring his tenants?
