Arrived on-time and he didn't require me to be home for the gutter estimate. Reasonably priced. I called 3 other companies and Morrow is the only company that showed up as promised. They will get my business.

Excellent customer service and work the business needs to explore more options to offer alternative financing for customers than the one provided they'll lose alot of customers who have the ability to pay but their credit isn't top notch after all customers can't possibly run away with a roof.

Terrible at following up and calling potential clients back. After getting estimates and inquiring about the smaller job 1st, secretary never called back or responded to emails. I wanted to use them for replacing my roof after completion of other work. Now I'm force to use local handy man to do the small job and will find another roofing company to replace roof.

Not only ddid they do a great job on our roof, but they did a great job on our Siding. The office Manager and Sales Rep. and Installtion crew were very proffessional and courteous. The Job looks awesome, we will be having them back to complete other Siding and Gutter work here. Ideal Roofing performed an awesome job on my roof that was leaking water into 2 of my bedrooms (2 seperate spots was leaking on top of roof)whenever it rains they spotted the leak an repaired the roof in no time. Thanks for completing a wonderful job.

Morrow Roofing was extremely professional from the very beginning. They arrived on time for the appointment, were very detailed in providing the estimate, and the follow ups were great! They installed my roof on the date promised, and did an awesome job! The guys on the crew were such hard workers! Very pleased with everyone I worked with at Morrow Roofing, and will definitely be recommending them to others!

A friend mentioned this company to me. I called and spoke with receptionist who was very friendly. I asked her if the owner went to Morrow High School and she stated "Yes". I told her I knew the owner Brad from school and didn't know he had a roofing company and that I needed someone to check my roof for possible leaks. I made an appt. for 10am Friday morning.

She called that morning stating they were running behind and hoped to have a technician there around lunch. I said that was no problem and that I was off that day and would be at home all day. Apparently lunch time means never. They never showed or called again. Based on the reviews here it seems this is a recurring issue with this company. This is simply a sign of no respect for your potential customer.

I guess they have so much business that they don't need mine so their wish is being granted. I will contact another company. Like another reviewer said, I'm not begging someone to take my money. This warning sign may be a blessing in disguise since many reviewers have stated follow-up issues even after the job. Seems it's true. Not good business!

Complete pleasure doing business with Morrow Roofing and Gutters. My Roof and Gutters are perfect and the office staff was professional and accommodating. I chose them for their service and outstanding reputation in the Atlanta Area for over 35 years. Highly recommend.

Came out quickly for an estimate however when they realized it was a small job they were not interested in the job. Office manager said estimator would call me to schedule the work and I never heard from him. Called several more times to get the work done without a call back.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED COMPANY! They did an excellent job on my roof and great communication. They showed up on time, and after they were done they cleaned up and there was no sign of trash or nothing. I have had no damage or leaks since and I am more than satisfied. 10 out of 10 guys, great work.

Morrow Roofing was on time as promised and gave me an estimate that was competitive with other estimates that I had gotten. The reason I went with Morrow Roofing is because they come highly recommended through other people that I knew. The roof looks great and the crew did a fantastic job cleaning up. The office manager Krista was great to work with.
