Sela Roofing and Remodeling was a very professional company to have do our roof replacement. From the very first phone call we could tell that Sela was eager for our business and after the estimate Sela guided us to secure the financing we needed for our roof replacement and the payments were well within our budget constraints. The workmanship was remarkable and soon after the roof work was completed you couldn't even tell they were on our property as the cleanup was top notch. We had our garage roof done by sela and the experience was AMAZING! Tim McDougall was on time, professional and knowledgeable when he gave us an estimate. Within no time Paige notified me about scheduling the actual roofing project. The workers did a beautiful job on the roof and they left the property in pristine condition when they finished. What a pleasure doing business with Sela! I highly recommend them.

Starts job on time, does good work: TERRIBLE at completing a project. We had an insurance claim for a new shingle installation. Mark the rep was responsive at first and during installation. We asked the office 2x before the start date project to leave a note in our file to not to have the satellite dish reinstalled as we do not use it (was there before when we bought the house).

When we came back, the satellite was on the roof with the slack cord dangling on the side of our house and in front of our windows. This was end of June. We called Mark and texted him about the issue which he initially responded to, but as the days turned to weeks with no update or further responses from him after our voice messages and texts, I called the office and was informed that #1 request was in our file about not reinstalling the satellite but had been missed and #2 that the order was in to fix it. 4 weeks ago they dropped off new shingles, but haven't finished the job yet with no update on when that is scheduled (here we are end of August).

Meanwhile we can't update our home insurance to lower our rates for the new roof until all of this is done. Annoying. Update - 10/19/21 - have called in again 2x to see when the satellite will be removed and new shingles put on where it was, have been told that we will be called when it's scheduled. Haven't had a call back yet and it's been almost 4 months with the satellite's cord hang stupidly for all of our neighbors to see.

Received 3 bids and Sela was the lowest. I was comfortable giving them the job because of their reputation. I was not wrong. They started and finished on time. All the employees from the office to the field were responsive, professional and efficient. They worked into the night to get the work done. Following the job completion, I thought I would have a lot of clean up on my end, but a team member stopped by the next day and did an awesome job. The city inspector told me the job was well very done especially with a larger, multiple sloped roof.

Last summer we had considerable damage to our house from a storm. After checking with multiple companies, we decided to go with SELA. SELA replaced our roof, siding, and installed new gutters. We were very impressed with the trustworthiness, expertise, and work ethic of all the teams that repaired our house. Because we have an older home, we had several complicated issues with our gutters. SELA came through with a gutter solution for us when other companies could not. When we were under a tight deadline to finish the work on the house, SELA came through for us again as well. I've had the pleasure of working with Sela on my last two roofing projects, so when another hailstorm moved through last year, they were my first call. My initial meeting with the sales representative was smooth and he was very straight-forward about some of the product delays due to Covid. The whole process for picking out roofing materials, siding, trim and gutters was effortless, and set the tone for the rest of the project.

They also handled everything with my insurance company, making sure I was kept abreast of any changes and deductibles. When all was said and done, the work performed by their teams was second to none, and the attention to detail and craftsmanship demonstrated has ensured our house is the new standard on the block! In fact, even after a minor alteration to an existing deck, Sela sent out their siding expert to repair and replace some trim work - free of charge. Now that is customer service! A hail storm went through my neighborhood in August 2020. Sela was my first call. Their representative came out promptly and assessed my roof. I wanted a contractor who was going to be honest - I didn't want to play the game of trying to push a new roof through with a borderline evaluation. Sela determined that the hail damage was widespread on the roof.

I was one of the first people on my block to be approved for a new roof. Since then another dozen homes have seen their roof replaced. Sela did have a backlog of work after the storm, but I was happy to wait until spring. Once Sela started back up I was one of their first calls. The team that came in was professional, hard working, and safe. They did a great job - including clean up. I was very impressed and would use Sela again!

We used Sela to replace our roof after 23 years of faithful service. Since it was on our dime, cost was a major factor but we also wanted to make sure that we got the same quality that first roof had. Sela was able to give us a fair price on a quality product and get us scheduled quickly. Jim, Connie and Jess were always prompt with responses and were able to add a small siding project with ease.

The crew was tremendous and took the initiative to rework how the roof met the chimney to improve run off. The young man that they had doing clean up on the ground did a great job of picking up virtually every scrap that came off of the roof. Even with the rain they encountered, this job could not have gone any better. Highly recommended.
