A strong gust of wind blew an ancient satellite dish off my roof recently and it noticeably tore up the roof decking and shingles. I called and got a few quotes from several roofers. Jared from Norwest Roofing came the very next day and gave me the best pricing out of the bunch. So, their competitive pricing and the 4.9 star ratings in Google sold me.

Hail storms over the years took a beating on the roof at North Babcock Dental. We contacted Jacob at Norwest and he advised us that he would meet the insurance appraisor and work directly with him to get us taken care of. We got more that just a new roof, we got un upgrade and a 'facelift' on our building. New standing seam roof (more modern and up to date), new gutters to match the roof and a new paint job. Contacted Jacob at NORWEST roofing after being recommended by a friend. We had extensive hail damage to roof, gutters and trim work on house. Jacob and his team were quick with estimate and repairs, did an outstanding job and worked with insurance company on things the insurance company missed on the first estimate. I cannot thank Jacob and NORWEST roofing for helping us thus this process and the outstanding job they did on everything. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

We've been *incredibly* impressed by our whole experience with Norwest Roofing! Having received varied feedback from a couple different assessors after hail damage, we reached out to Norwest by referral of a friend. They provided a timely, detailed, and "plain language" independent assessment for us and answered several questions so we could ensure we were appropriately re-investing in the repairs our home required.

Norwest was recommended by our real estate agent. We were buying a house and the roof had to be replaced in a fairly short timeframe. Jacob really came through for us. He quickly provided a detailed quote listing everything that would be done, including a 25 year warranty on the shingles, etc. It was clear to me that the company has high standards for quality.
The work was completed quickly, and the roof looks great. Norwest also replaced some siding and did an outstanding job. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them for quality workmanship, great customer service, and fair prices. Thank you, Jacob!

Norwest Roofing is the most affordable, quality choice when it comes to roof repairs. They have done repairs on my home a few times, and each time it was a pleasure to work with them! They're local and family-owned, so I definitely felt like they cared about the quality of work and customer service they provided. They explained everything very thoroughly and kept me updated from start to finish. Norwest has consistently done amazing work, and have always finished on time or ahead of schedule.
As a first-time homebuyer, I really felt like they genuinely wanted to help me get the most for my money, unlike some other big roofing businesses I'd contacted. They are kind people with a respectable mission, I hope everyone chooses them for their roofing needs!

Had a full roof replacement completed 2/14/19. The job was basically completed in 1 day, minus some minor work and final inspection completed the next day. Work crew was great, there were at least 6 of them on site. Even cleaned up all nails and other debris that had fallen into the yard. I cant say enough about both Jareds, they were so great. Oh and the price was the best out of the 2 estimates that I got. Great to have awesome people/business in the local area, I cant recommend them enough!

May 2018 - My mother was selling her home in San Antonio and the roof was in pretty bad shape - we knew it needed an entire new roof. I thank our relator, Michelle Perez of Executive Realty for putting me in touch with Jacob of Norwest Roofing! Not only did he get the job done as promised but we were able to pay him out of our proceeds from the sale of the home!
This helped us out greatly since we didn't have the cash up front to pay for the roof and once we sold the house, Jacob got paid! It was perfect and our new buyers were able to choose the color of their roof since we paid out of proceeds! Thanks for a job well done and for going out of the way to help us!
