They were here promptly, went to work and finished in one day. They did not leave any trash or roofing mess. As a certified GAF Roofing Contractor, they use state-of-the-art materials and application methods. The Sales person was always prompt, informed and armed with all the information a buyer could ask for. All the appropriate Warranty Documents arrived timely. I will use them again and recommend then to neighbors.

Dean was great. He was able to give me an explanation of what needed to be done for a flat roof repair and once we accepted the estimate he and his team came out and fixed the roof and cleaned the gutters the next week. I obtained the name of Arrington roofing from Jim Dutton radio program. He was right, they were professional and honest. I had Randy Eubanks (5star) inspect my roof as I am having solar panels installed and I needed to know the condition of my roof before doing so. He assured me that my roof was ok for now. I will call them when it has to be replaced. I heartily recommend Mr Eubanks and Arrington Roofing

TL;DR - Quality workmanship, good customer service, recommend working with Ken We recently had a leak in our roof after a heavy storm. Arrington roofing was able to send Ken out to look at the roof the same day we called and patched it within a week. Based on our knowledge of the roof and the guidance of Ken, our main point of contact, we decided to replace the roof (we expected to replace the roof when we purchased our home).
We were very pleased with the workmanship on the roof and speed with which the team worked. Ken was very knowledgeable and responsive to questions and concerns. We had one billing snag, but Ken quickly worked it out and provided consistent, quality service throughout the engagement. We would highly recommend Arrington Roofing, and Ken specifically.

Cameron came to the appointment with a wealth of knowledge about my specific roof and was happy to share the logic behind his inspection and advice. Cameron discovered items ignored in previous inspections. Arrington was the third roofing company to come out to inspect and none took the job seriously. Arrington came to us via a neighbor recommendation when our old roof started leaking due to age and normal wear & tear. When we finally decided to take the plunge and have a new roof installed, since we already had good experiences with Arrington's timeliness of start/completion and their quality of work, we of course included them in our quote request process. Matt was our sales person.
We selected Arrington and he became our project manager. Matt is professional and thoughtful. He walked us through the challenges of our roof's construction and explained during the quote process and again during installation how they would resolve them. Ultimately, we did have an unforeseen challenge - I am a construction project manager by trade and in my experience most projects in existing buildings have issues so this did not surprise me.
When we met with Matt and Chris Arrington to review the best solution, there was no drama & we are happy with the result. We have had our roof going on two years and have had no warranty issues to call about since completion. We highly recommend Arrington not only for their offering of quality products with strong warranties but more importantly for their quality and timely installation and post-installation support.
