The professionals at FURI are second to none. From beginning to end everything was to our liking! They gave us an estimate of 4 weeks until they'd be able to start and they were able to get to our roof a week early! Dumpster arrived and departed on time without issue. Roof and skylights were completed in two days! The men work hard long days to get your roof complete.

They are constantly cleaning up after themselves so that they do not miss any nails, old shingles, trash, etc. We highly recommend this company for any of your roofing needs! John T. is the best to work with and very knowledgeable with his suggestions!

At first, I was impressed with the consultation Florida Universal Roofing gave me when looking at my skylight leak. The roofer went into the attic took pictures and diagnosed what the problem was. I was told by the roofer that the company had the same shingles BUT was never told they would be a distinct color difference due to sun exposure from the other shingles on my roof.

I paid the $275.00 fee the company charges for someone to come out and was told that if I went with them, the fee I paid ($275) would be deducted from my total bill. I was sent a contract and decided to go with them. I asked if they would give me a cash discount. I had to call several times for an answer. But got the runaround, but they said yes but never told me how much the discount would be.

My skylight was repaired in October 2021. It seemed like everything went downhill from there. The roofer showed up, his partner had to pick up the skylight, they forgot the tar for the shingles and had to go to a local store to get this item. They did a good job repairing the skylight BUT when the repair was completed, I look at my roof and was in shock that it looked like a "landing pad for aliens." The color difference from the new shingles is so drastic that now my house value has decreased.

I called the office and told the lady about the color difference, and she rudely told me, "we don't use old shingles" and told me she would have the roofer call me. I am still waiting for his call. I finally got a bill in December 2021 for the full amount. It did not show the deduction of $275.00 I paid or a cash discount. Again, I called, and a new bill was emailed to me showing the discounts.

The experience we had working with Florida Universal Roofing was phenomenal! From the beginning of our roof replacement, we worked directly with the president of the company, Bill Touza and selected exactly what we wanted in terms of color and materials. Throughout the whole process, we were in constant communication with Madeline Martelli and she ensured that we were aware of everything from scheduling to even providing a "What to Expect" brochure so there was absolutely no surprises when the crew came out to install our new roof.

Everything went so smoothly and we really appreciated how the crew would ensure that there was no debris and no nails left on the ground at the end of each day. They would literally sweep around our home each night before leaving just to ensure they left a clean job. I would gladly use their services again, but seeing how great of a job they did for us, I don't expect to need to call them anytime soon! Thank you!

Recently had a roof replacement done by Florida Universal Roofing. Crews that did the work did a fantastic job from start to finish - especially at cleanup when the job was finished. New roof looks great! Best of all about this company was the excellent customer service I received. Working with John and Madeline - they explained all of our options and answered any questions that came up throughout the process. We totally got Gold Standard Service from Florida Universal Roofing and I highly recommend them!

There are roofing companies. and then there is Florida Universal Roofing who did a MARVELOUS job at BOTH my primary home's roof and my rental property. The crew could have just left when the job was done. but the crew at Florida Universal Roofing went above and beyond and offered to paint damaged trim that critters had chewed up years ago. They ALSO FIXED any damage they caused, which was not much, instead of turning the other way.

The crew repainted my ENTIRE garage door due to a small stain caused during work to replace my roof. They could have said "That damage was already there." but they did not. They also plan on repairing a broken sprinkler head at my neighbor's. And by the way. their work on the new roof is spectacular! The people and support behind-the-scenes make a difference between Florida Universal Roofing and other roofing companies.

John is excellent to work with. Excellent service, the roof looks fantastic, while they were performing the work they kept everything nice and tidy. Madeline, who is incredible, always made sure I was informed on what was going to happen and of any issues. I would recommend Florida Universal Roofing to anyone requiring a new roof.

Met with John Tucker and an inspection was completed with 90 minutes of my call. His estimate included repair's to the structure and a complete new roof. As part of my estimate I was give a rough date to perform the work. As the work date approached I received updates by office personnel. I was called the day before the job started and told the crew would start at sun up and no kidding, the next morning at sun up the crew was there and working. EVERYONE was polite and respectful.

The job was completed in two day's. Very please with the work product and most important how they left my property. SPOTLESS. I would recommend John Tucker and Florida Universal Roofing without hesitation.
