Critical: Responsiveness Called office to arrange an inspection of my roof. Was told someone would call me in a day or two. After a week of no call I submitted a request thorough the company website. Again no response. Guess they don't need my business

Larry and his team at LongPoint roofing did an excellent job at replacing our old roof. He and his team are very professional and competent. Examples: great response time from the office, a very thorough inspection, fair bid, supplies delivered and stacked neatly, crew easy to have around, quality installation, and very good cleanup. In addition, Larry found some issues with the way the roof was constructed and installed a special covering to make it right. I highly recommend LongPoint Roofing.

This is an absolutely "home grown company", here in Spring Branch. They are not a "fly by night operator". Larry is very knowledgeable about insurance companies and can walk you thru their correspondence.

When I knew I had hail damage to my roof, I also knew I wanted a local roofer who knew his area and the trade and would be there for me if I ever needed them. Was a great pleasure dealing with Larry Kolb at Longpoint Roofing. He is very professional and his crew did an excellent job installing my recent roof after hail damage in May 2019. Great job of cleaning up also. What I really liked was the fact that they deal with the insurance company direct. This is the second time I have used his company and wouldn't use anyone else.

Just wanted to say how pleasant an experience it was to have Long Point Roofing replace the roof at my house yesterday. Jill, Larry, and their crew make the entire process very painless. They called to confirm arrival, showed up when they said they would, and installed a beautiful looking roof. Upon completion, they cleaned up the yard and it was like they were never there.

Larry came out and assessed what needed to be fixed on our roof. Henry and the crew did an excellent job in fixing the problem areas. Will definitely use them again.

Four attempts to contact long point roofing. Always got the answering machine and never a return call. We have used this company for 30+years and never had a problem until now. They do good work. if you can get them to answer their phone!
