Being new home owners and needing a roof was scary. Ive heard many horror stories. Payten came out and spoke with us and was so attentive and answered every question we had. We we sold just from that initial conversation. Payton made this a very easy stress free experience. When it came to the day of the project we were fully prepared and knew what to expect thanks to his through approach. His crew was amazing and detailed and worked their tails off. This was an insurance claim on a roof for Hail damage. I have a great roof but it took around a 1year to get everything resolved. This company is unprofessional. They did the roof in about a day and rushed the job. My contract including fixing gutters as well and the insurance company provided for that as well. I could never get anyone to return my calls.

The roof had raised spots where it was not installed correctly and no gutters where put on. I left voice mails for 6 months and could not get anyone to call me. So I stopped paying my deductible. Funny thing is they called me after I did not make payment for a while and inquired into why I stopped making payments. I informed them they would not return my calls and had issues with my roof.

In the end after raising hell with this company several times, one of the owners did come out himself and finally make things right and I am thankful to him for that. But this whole process took over a year!

I called ASAP Roofing to do an inspection of my roof that was installed a month ago by another company in the area. The current roof is visibly not good, and I wanted a second opinion on the quality of the work. Jason Romero and Jesse did a thorough inspection and pointed out all of the corners that were cut on the current work of my roof. They were super professional, friendly, and thorough. My hope is to have them do a replacement roof in the future, because it's obvious from their detailed inspection and attention to detail, that they do excellent work.

ASAP Roofing did a repair on my parents' house and worked with us to do the job within a limited budget. It looks great and is a load off our minds. An overall great job! Fernando came by and gave us an estimate, and offered info that part of their service would also clear off a lot of branches and such from the roof. The estimate on how long before they could get to us was never reached - they came several days before that. One issue involved a substantially more difficult effort than expected, since the age of the home involved working around and with some existing materials which are no longer available in our modern world.

But they worked around that to get it done. Even so, despite the notable increase in time and effort, the exact estimate for all work was honored - I paid exactly what they said I would. Oh yeah.our recently purchased home needed the roof repair due to a slow leak near a different vent pipe. The vent and surrounding deck needed replaced. I waited until we had a gullywasher of a rainstorm before offering this review. No leaks at all. Fernando's crew did us a stellar job, earlier than estimate, but at the cost of the estimate. I will use ASAP if needed in the future.

Chris Carroll and his crews did an exceptional job installing a new roof on my commercial building. The installation was completed earlier than scheduled time which was great. From the start of the work until it was done, Chris always kept me updated with the process of the work. Very professional. I was not charged for some works that were done which were not included in the price quote. ASAP gets five stars from me. Highly recommended to anyone who need trusted roofing company.

We moved into our house a few weeks ago. The structure is 40 years old, so we wanted to have several roofing/exterior repairs and updates done in areas identified by our inspector's report. This included adding ridge and soffit vents to the roof, removing satellite brackets and a burned-out power fan, sealing around window trim, resealing a skylight, repairing brick/mortar on chimney, and other misc exterior items.

They responded quicker than any other contractor we requested quotes from and provided itemized, transparent costs for everything, which is why we ultimately selected them. They finished the work quickly and efficiently, and did good job from what I can tell (without climbing up to the second story roof). I would definitely recommend them and will call them for future work.

Thank you Norris for fixing the repair on our roof. Norris with ASAP roofing came out and gave us an estimate to fix some flashing that was sticking up by the chimney stack. It was reported by the inspector that was hired by the soon to be owners. Norris was professional, efficient and to the point. No small talk. We ended up hiring ASAP to complete the repair. He showed up on time, completed the work without issues and we wrote him a check and he left. Easy peesy. Would definitely hire if necessary again!

Ricky is very responsive and honest to deal with. Their quote is the lowest among the professional, high Yelp ranking roofers. Ricky repaired a few leak points and replaced a flat roof for me, and when Harvey came and we discovered leaks at around the same places, he came out to repair for free, honoring his service warranty.

We all know the issues that Harvey caused all over Houston, so roofers are in high demand. I received several INSANE quotes, including one to replace my entire roof. I called ASAP; they initially advised that they were behind on schedule (makes sense due to the hurricane) so it would be a few days before they could get to me. Fortunately, once I gave my address they realized someone was in the neighborhood and they came and gave me a quote that same day. Wow!

The quote was a fraction, I mean like an insane fraction, of what was being quoted to me by multiple parties. They also advised my roof had several more years left on it before I needed to consider replacement. The roofer was here within the time frame he advised, did one more final inspection to ensure he was fixing all the necessary areas and discussed them with us, finished and explained what he had done.

I was so happy to have found them! I do recommend their services for anyone in need! Fair rates and great service! I will say - hold on to the expectation of perky service, the gentleman I dealt with was very direct and to the point. By no means rude at all, quite the opposite, in fact. But also not the preppy secretary from the Houstonian. I will be using them in a few years when it's time to replace my roof.

From start to finish, they were a pleasure to work with. The sales rep was very patient and helpful and gave me numerous addresses to see roofing color applications. When I chose the color and type of shingle that I wanted, the project manager got me on the schedule within a few weeks. Installation was completed in 3 days. The roofers worked very hard and their precise work makes the whole job look fantastic.

Available the same day I called. Quick service - here less than 20 minutes for a repair. $180 with a 1 year warranty. Only drawback was they didn't accept credit cards.

Quick response and very cost effective. I even got a one year warranty on minor work.

Had a leaky skylight after living in the house for 5 years. Larry and 1 other guy came out to do an estimate and said the flashing was cut too short around it. They were able to work on it right then, which was great since it was a sunny day and no rain was expected for a few days. They were done in about 2.5 hours, and it seems that the leak is fixed. Very professional, and nice guys, I would recommend them.

Great price, courteous service, and did not try to oversell me what I didn't need. Larry came out to give us a free quote to repair damaged soffit on one side of our house; I also asked him to quote us for a total roof replacement as it was also fairly old. He was very honest with us that our roof still had around 5 years in it and did not try to upsell me on replacing the entire soffit, only the damaged portion. Results were professional and you can't tell there was a repair at all. He even took before and after pictures at my request.
