Conrad Roofing exceeded our expectations! They completed the copper work in a timely manner and it is clear that they take pride in their work. They were recommended to me by my father, who is a very tough critic, after he hired them to re-shingle his roof and was completely thrilled with their work. His high praise was spot on. Despite that I have a flat roof they were still everything he said "Thorough, professional and helpful throughout the process." Even when we discovered some masonry issues that were outside of their scope - they were incredibly understanding of us needing to bring in another contractor. They are one of a few contractors I would love the opportunity to work with again.

A wise man once said "You only pay for quality once". I hired Conrad for a repair to a residential clay tile roof on a historic home. I thought they quoted a somewhat high price for what amounted to be about 12 hours of labor, as I supplied most of the materials. They came on time. Did a great job. Cleaned up nicely. I'm a happy customer. It's ok to pay good money for good work. After all it's the roof over your head.

Terrific customer service and they certainly know the roofing business. Before the work got started they explained the problems with the roof and let me know exactly what they were going to do and what is would cost. They took photos before the repairs got under way and then they took photos after everything was done. They cleaned everything up before they said the job was finished. I recommend Conrad Roofing as a five star company.

We were quite impressed by the quality of the roof that Conrad Roofing installed and we were also quite impressed by the fact that they were very customer service oriented. The roofers showed up time, they were friendly and they also took our neighbors into consideration by cleaning up and not working very early or very late hours. If you need roof repair or a new roof my wife and I recommend Conrad Roofing wholeheartedly.

Conrad put the roof on our condo building during construction in 2006. They replaced it under warranty in 2014. It is now 2018 and there are leaks in several places. 2 other roofers said that there was shoddy construction, rotting beams, ponding, u shaped trough. When they came out and looked at damp spots in the ceiling of one unit they laughed at the person and said her inspector must have missed them as they were old. They were not old and still damp. Stay far away. They might have been good before but they botched this job.
