Great company, product and especially service. They built a beautiful roof and after a few years there was a small leak towards the edge of the roof. They immediately came out and fixed it even through bad weather. Followed up during the next heavy rain to make sure it was all dry. Would absolutely recommend to everyone. When providing repair proposals they consider the cost impact to the customer and only propose what needs to be completed - truly putting the customer first. They keep you informed on the progress of your project, from the permitting process, project commencement and completion. There are no hidden surprises!

We have been using Allied for 25 years to service our buildings and they have always given us outstanding service, even to the extent of coming back and repairing something that was caused by another contractor at no further cost to us. Troy, Franklin and the whole roofing team at Allied provided a very positive experience. They were easy to work with and responded to any questions within minutes. The job site was inspected at least once daily for progress or any issues. I would definitely recommend them. Also, the roofing materials seem superior to many of my neighbors who have not used Allied.

Allied Sheet Metal and Roofing were phenomenal to work with. I have been using them for my residential clients and they are all happy as a clam. Allied over communicates and coordinates everything perfectly. On one install, there was a unexpected black rain cloud approaching in a perfect blue sky when there were no indication of bad weather in the reports.

They were prepared regardless with a plethora of tarps on standby. Fortunately, we didn't need them but was definitely impressed with the preparedness regardless of the clear weather day. Regarding their installations, beautiful work and friendly staff. All installs have been problem free, clean, sharp looking, and best of all free of leaks. As a former Field Supervisor I can speak to the quality of installation of roof systems, however I implore you as a customer to read your contracts thoroughly and dot your i's and cross your t's. Troy, the Operation Manager will tell you whatever he believes you need to hear to subdue your curiosity but will find a way to get over on you.

I got a few quotes from different roofing companies, I wanted metal and some companies tried to talk me out of it. However after meeting with Allied roofing they talked me through the process and gave me a quote. From start to finish communication was A1 they kept me up to date during each step of the process. Owner to workers were very professional, even got my wee dog after she escaped and decided a tour of the neighborhood was in order.

We started the process of replacing our roof expecting it to be a long, frustratingly painful experience but Allied proved us wrong on all counts! Allied Roofing & Sheet Metal is the only roofing company you should consider. I completed months of research and estimates from multiple companies and feel blessed that I chose Allied. From the minute I contacted them, during the early days of the pandemic no less, they went out of their way to assure me I was in good hands. I met with Troy, the general Manager, for 45 minutes in person and had all of my questions answered.

He even gave me a tour of the shop! We worked out the details and the estimate was very competitive for a higher quality roof. That day I gave them a deposit and never looked back. When I struggled with the decision of what color to choose, he gave me a list of houses they had completed so I could drive by to see them. Every Friday leading up to the day the project started, Troy sent me either an email or text letting me know where we were with the permitting, when he had ordered the materials and when the potential start day was.

The project itself went off without a hitch. The crew was respectful, kept my yard clean of debris, and did an outstanding and professional job. From the day the roof was completed I have had neighbors, friends and strangers stop to ask me about it. It is definitely a show stopper. I got a new roof 4.5 years ago. I had to get a new hurricane insurance company. They sent me a letter saying I need a new roof and that they will not renew my policy unless I send them a paid receipt saying I had paid for a new roof! So, I contacted Allied and they sent someone to check out my roof. It is in GREAT condition. I fear the insurance was trying to scam me into getting a new roof! Allied sent me a certificate that I can now send to my insurance company. Thanks Very Much Allied. Great job!

They just completed my roof. It looks great. It was a seamless service starting with meeting with Victor where he spent a lot of time with me explaining the procedure and was very patient while I procrastinated over different colors and ordered several different samples. They looked after all the permitting and then when the work started I was. kept informed by Troy every step of the way. He is a great co-ordinator and communicator. They cleaned up after themselves and were reasonable and polite every step of the way. I would highly recommend them!
