I have never meet Dominic Vigil i have been remodeling a house, where i had a plumber David Lopez working CLEAR WATER PLUMBING who i could not recommend to my worse enemy. Apperntly the two guys where friends until they had a falling out. The plumber owed Dominic some money and IT WAS NOT FOR WORK DONE ON MY PROPERTY, so Mr. Vigil put a lien on my land with out any proof of work. i understand he has done this to other people with out probable cause. I need to get ahold of this Dominic Vigil to take care of this FRAUDULENT CLAIM, if you know where i can get a hold of him, please help me

We built our Santa Fe house in 2015. At that time TPO roofs were the exception here in Las Campanas, so we were pleased to encounter Dominic and Enchantment Roofing. The company completed the project on time and have provided annual inspections timely. The roof is still perfect and we expect it to last another 15 years. I would highly recommend Dominic and his crew.

So LUCKY to have found a great roofer for flat roofs in Santa Fe! They really took their time and energy to get everything right! Very reasonable prices because I have been at this for years. I must have had twenty roofs done over 35 years and at least twenty different properties. Definitely the best for big or small jobs.

This owner/operator is a thief. Mr. Vigil acted very professional and above board until we moved in. It took 3 months to get our cooler repaired and still waiting on our deposit. If you know whats best for you and your finances stay away from this guy and his business. If I could give 0 stars or negative stars I would.

Received an estimate from Dominic to do a maintenance on an existing roof that was approximately 15,000 sq. ft. He was recommended by an employee who had a positive experience with a new roof and a warranty call with Enchantment. The work was done cleanly and professionally. We have had a small rain and so far so good. Seems like a nice guy to deal with.

Wish I could review their actual work. They were recommended to me by a close friend and neighbor. I called to make an appointment and they never showed up. Left a voice mail for the owner on his cell phone and also at their office and never received a response. Not very professional. Needless to say, I found another company in Santa Fe that understands customer satisfaction.

My only suggestion is doing your homework on companies here in Santa Fe and getting multiple estimates. You'll be able to weed out the least professional contractors more efficiently.

I had a roof done by Enchantment Roofing in 2010. They did great work. A few years later though when I needed to have some warranty service done on a few spots they would not honor the warranty saying that for the warranty to be valid I needed to have them inspect the roof every years since the work was done. I ended up paying a handyman to do the work even though I have a 10 year warranty.

While the work alone would have got them a 5 star the way they handled the warranty soured my feelings to a 2 star. My warranty says nothing about needing an annual inspection.

We had a wonderful experience using Enchantment Roofing Service in March of this year. We had developed several leaks during the winter on our existing roof. We asked a realtor for a recommendation for a roofing service and Enchantment Roofing Service was recommended. They made us a proposal and after we accepted and signed the proposal they came within 24 hours.

They removed the dirt and debris from our existing roof system and provided a 3 course seal on our roof, vents, stacks, skylights, installed a new modified bitumen membrane and put a UV protective coating. They also patched, repaired and painted interior blemishes in the walls and ceiling where water damage had occurred. A 3 year warranty was included.

We have had several rains since then and we are very pleased that our problems were fixed. We were also impressed that they took the time to call us and check if we were happy with their service or if we had any questions. We will recommend them in the future.

Enchantment roofing is very profession, prompt & on time. Throughout the time that I have done business with Dominic he always communicated and let me know what was going to be done to my home. Not only did they do a great job on my roof but an amazing job on stuccoing my home.
