Aspen Exterior helped fight for my entire roof to be replaced. They stuck with me for 6 months when progressive would not validate the need to replace the entire roof. Even after multiple adjustors we at my residence. They neglected to inspect the entire roof. They kept me informed on all aspects of the process. Insurance claim, delivery of materials, expected job completion.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They took almost $5000 from me to install a new roof and did not show up on the scheduled date and time. They have made a ton of excuses and have been very unprofessional. I was told that I could get a refund less 20%. However, I only refused to let them do the installation after they failed to show up and did not communicate with me about that.

The other option they suggested was to proceed with the install. Not going to happen. I'd only get more of the same. This company says that they are accredited by the BBB. Anyone who pays the BBB can be accredited. They have a history of being shady. You can see it all over the internet. Shame on Aspen Exteriors for taking money from people and then treating them badly! If one of their sales creeps comes knocking, RUN!

Calloway from Aspen Exteriors came to my house asking if he could examine my roof to see if there was damage. I allowed him to do so. There was damage, so a claim was filed with my insurance company. I paid them $4628 on June 3rd. I was told by Justin on 6/11 (materials were surprisingly delivered on 6/9), the PM that my new roof would be installed on 6/14.

On the 14th, the roofers did not show up. I contacted Calloway and he had Brad, the on call PM contact me. I was told that the roofers may show up on 6/14 as planned or may show up on 6/15 or sometime the week of 6/16. I was told 3 different stories by 3 different people. Brad proceeded to basically call me a liar and talked over me when I told him my side of the story.

I told him that I wanted to cancel the install, that the materials ordered needed to be picked up (as these were not bespoke materials), and that I wanted a refund. I told Calloway the same thing. I need this company to come get the materials out of my driveway and refund my money. I was lied to over and over by this company's representatives, and I do not do business with companies that lack integrity. Further, I was out time and money to prepare for the install that was supposed to occur.

I was told that the install may not have occurred as scheduled due to the heat. Yet, the installers were installing a roof on another home on 6/9 and 6/10. It is well known that it is hot in Texas in the summer. Also was told that landfills are not open on weekends even though the install was scheduled on a weekend. If anyone from this business comes knocking at your door, all I can say is RUN!

They just want your money and will make excuses, although they will sell you on how they will take care of everything for you. All you have to do is sit back and relax. Calloway started off by saying, "I'm not a sales person." No one says that unless they are about to try to sell you something. Don't waste your time with this business. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will be contacting the corp office. If this is not resolved, further action will be taken.

Working with Aspen Exteriors was seamless. Their staff, from beginning to end, was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and did excellent followup throughout the project. Best of all, my new roof was done on time and looks absolutely beautiful, adding value to my home. They did excellent cleanup also. I would highly recommend them to others. In fact, after I selected Aspen, I found out that two other friends of mine had used their services and were pleased with their work! I will definitely call them again.

Aspen was great from the inspection after getting storm damage all the way through the whole process of replacing our roof and installing gutters. They explained the process and kept us updated with each of the steps. They did a great job installing the new roof and gutters. Even the city inspector commented on how good of a job was done.

Aspen Exteriors is the worst contractor we have ever dealt with. They are unresponsive, dishonest, chronically late, disrespectful of ourselves and our property, and downright rude. They took over 9 months to complete our project, caused damage to both the inside of our home and our garden which they refused to take responsibility for or even attempt to remedy.

Even after voicing our concerns multiple times a supposed VP at Aspen continued to ignore phone calls and emails. Subcontractors would arrive completely unannounced or not at all, and then the billing department harassed us with phone calls even after we communicated to them that we were waiting on the check from insurance. If we could rate them 0/5 we would. We've told all our friends and neighbors to avoid them at all costs. Never hire this company.

I would not recommend Aspen Exteriors. They replaced our roof and during the process, punctured the condensation line to our air conditioning unit. This led to the corruption of the unit and needing a full replacement. I understand that accidents happen, however, they offered no compensation towards the unit and frankly were terrible to work with in regards to coming to a solution for compensating the cost of the unit.

Our HVAC professional stated that he has seen this happen in the past and that the local roofing companies always make it right. The only positive experience was our sales rep by the name of Tyler. He was good to work with. We do have a new roof and a new air conditioning unit that we are completely out of pocket for even though it was no fault of ours and complete negligence of the roofing crew. I expect better customer service and at the very least fix your mistakes. I will not recommend this company to anyone in the future.

Do not use Aspen Exteriors for your roof repair - you will be out a lot of money! You will need new decking plywood on your roof - that is not covered by your homeowners insurance. You won't get the color shingles you were promised. Materials take a month to get to you. When you now have to pay for your decking out of pocket, billing department states they are a mom and pop shop. They want payment ASAP, yet they have done 20 million roofs? How can that be? I did my homework, so I thought. They looked reputable to me. I chose wrong.

Connor Ulness and the team at Aspen Exteriors made the home repair experience smooth and effortless for a home owner. I had hail damage on both my siding and roof and was nervous to go through the whole process. Connor and his team made the process stress free and handled it greater than my expectations. I would highly recommend their services! Communication was easy and clear throughout the whole experience.

Every call I made was accommodated and their team was very responsive. The work done is professional and the crew did an excellent job on cleaning up any trace on the property. Aspen Exteriors installed a new roof Fall 2019. Looks great, happy customer. However another pair of contractors came out for the gutter and leaf guard install. The quality of work was abysmal and I complained to someone at Aspen (Steve?) who only responded "Looks perfect to me". Who was nothing shy of condescending and just a jerk. It looked like the only tools they used was a hammer and tin snips.

We recently had our roof replaced by Aspen Exteriors and are very pleased with the job. The new shingles look great! We did have some issues with the roofing crew but Brian in Production handled most of them in real time and the rest in very short order and to our complete satisfaction.

Charged over $1000 for items that were NOT REPAIRED! Was able to get some of the fraudulent costs credited back, but still unsure that we weren't overcharged. Clean up was HORRIBLE, nails and tape backing EVERYWHERE. Customer service via telephone is horrible and rude, poor communication. Submitted a bad Google review and was contacted the next day regarding the issue. Offered $100 gift card to change the Google review to positive. Did not accept. Aspen did send someone the next day the Google review was written to do a better clean up of the nails and tape. DO NOT RECOMMEND EVEN CONSIDERING THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Like others have said once they got their $$ they stopped all communication! After one month without an update on our project I received a call that my selection paperwork was lost. Another month went by before finally getting a call that our job would start soon. The roofers were rude, smoking and drinking while they worked, our landscape was destroyed around our house and nail clean-up was terrible!

After David Dorious, Aspen sales representative, consulted with our insurance adjuster, we recieved insurance checks in the mail shortly thereafter to replace our roofs in our 32 unit apartment community. The process was easy and David was very professional and knowledgable. I found Roberto and Ray, the roofing forman, very polite and well-intended.

They always made sure their crew cleaned up their mess each evening and were a pleasure to be around. Bottom line, the whole process with Aspen Exteriors was simple quick and everyone did as they said they would.and our roofs look great!
