I tried to get someone out to give me a bid on some work. Had to call multiple times and do most of the coordination. The day of my appointment, someone called to tell me they were 10-15 minutes away (on a Friday @ 4pm). I waited an hour, called and left a message (no response) and finally gave up waiting at 5:45. Everyone that I spoke to was very nice but they simply never showed up or called to explain why. I'm sure they do good work but I wouldn't know. Disappointing.

Todd was extremely communicative with me, answered all of my questions promptly, and was able to send his crew out the next morning. His team repaired squirrel damage to the soffit and fascia within just a few hours, and they left absolutely no mess behind. They also charged far less than what other companies were quoting me. I am very grateful for the work they did and how well they treated me. I will definitely be using them again if I need roofing work done!

Very satisfied with this company, great people and great work. As a first home owner and having to use my home insurance for the fist time they were very patient and knowledgeable to walk me through the steps of communicating and working with my mortgage company and insurance company to get my house fixed in a timely manner.

Dynasty Roofing just put our new roof and gutters on our house in Carrollton after the recent hail storms in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Todd, the president of the company oversaw the project and was simply a joy to work with! His crew did a great job installing the new roof and gutter system, and Todd provided all the necessary information and documentation to our insurance company. It simply could not have gone any smoother. If you need a roofer in the Dallas area. I strongly recommend Dynasty Roofing.

My review has to do with customer service and post installation service. Called today 1/28/16 to have three sliding shingles repaired from a job in 2005. Austin office says no one will be available to repair my roof for "10 to 15 days" as the crew is in the Fort Worth area repairing storm damaged roofs. Hope we don't have storms here until then. Will think twice about using this company again.

Dynasty was able to identify a problem area that were causing a leak. They corrected the area as well as improved another problem spot. Our roof has not leak again. The roofers kept a clean job site and were professional as well as reliable. I would not hesitate to refer them to neighbors and friends.

When my wife and I bought our first house, we noticed there might be some problems with the roof since it was an older house. We weren't sure if we could trust the roofing company the seller was using. We needed a third party to look at the roof and give us an honest assessment. We called Dynasty Roofing and they came out promptly to look at our roof. They sent an honest assessment of our roof to the seller who fixed the problems. Without a doubt, we will call on Dynasty for all our roofing needs.
