I recently contracted this company to replace gutters at my property. Everything about my interactions with members of the company was great until I reported finding large nails that had been left behind, conspicuously and inconspicuously scattered on the ground beneath where the labor crew had replaced gutters. I reported to representatives of this company that I had incurred a serious injury from stepping on a nail that was left behind in my yard by the crew members who installed the gutters.

The representatives dismissed the seriousness of the issue and attempted to blame the nails on construction performed by anyone else. There hasn't been any other construction here for many years and certainly none that would require the kind of nails that were used in the removal of the old gutters and installation of new ones. If you don't want to suffer a serious injury from having your gutters replaced, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, because its employees do not care about you incurring serious injury from their work product.

Great company, the employee were super nice. From start to finish they walked me through everything. They were quick on setting an appointment and doing the installation. We had fascia boards and rain gutter done.

This is a really good company. They came out very efficiently and quickly put a CUSTOM cut to fit rain gutters all around a 2000 square-foot house, and was done by Same morning! I highly recommend this company LI metal systems, to anyone else; Because I've dealt with a lot of companies - so when a good company comes around. it's important to show appreciation by sharing with others.

Thier Rep by the name of Michael Craven is extremely RUDE! zero customer service, and basically wasn't interested in the work and HUNG up the phone, I cannot believe they have this type of customer service. The main office - young lady and Mark - nice individuals, however this Michael guy, needs to find another job, it doesn't fit thier culture, or maybe it does

The most annoying contractors I've ever worked with AND they didn't follow through with what they said they were gonna do. We wanted new gutters on the house and they said they'd hook up the downspouts to the rain barrels we bought. Well it turns out that they won't do anything other than just connect the downspout to the gutter, which is something that anyone could do.

They couldn't help us at all with making the connection work and every time I asked them to help us out the guy simply said "we don't do that" and putting us the customer through a bunch of pointless hoops just because they want to be stubborn and make us do the work. Will never hire/recommend this company to anyone they are so annoying! Only reason I didn't give it one star was they did do a decent just with the actual rain gutters.

On time friendly efficient professional. Now I have to wait till it rains to find out anything leaks.

Looking to wrap fascia, box eaves and replace gutters. Simply tired of maintenance. Working with Mark W who is professional, personable, punctual, and presented a fairly priced estimate. Materials ordered and hopefully installation within 4-6 weeks. Damn Covid.jacking up supply chains. Will update this with pics as we proceed.

L.I. Metal Systems did a wonderful job installing new aluminum rain gutters. They were very professional and very reasonable. work was performed in a timely manner.

Great company with even better communication. The guys showed up on time and kicked butt. Their work looks awesome, I had one special request and they handled it like the pros they are.

L. I. Metal Systems absolutely did a top-notch job on my rental property! The fascia will provide me with years of no maintenance paining on that part of my property and yet provide a brand new look! The gutters will whisk away all the water to keep the foundation solid and also prevent the growth of mold along the sides of my building! Great prices and tip top quality installation and service!

Hired L I Metal System on September 16, 2020 after speaking and meeting Salesperson, Michael who came out and gave me a proposal. L I Metal System is a full system company who replaced one part of my gutter, cleaned and repaired all my gutters and installed E-Z Lock Leak Guard to all my gutters. Their workmanship is excellent and I am extremely satisfied with the job that was done.

The entire staff of L I Metal System are customer service oriented. When I had some questions, they go above and beyond in answering my questions, which I appreciated very much. I highly recommend L I Mental System for all your gutter needs.

Alfonso and Jose showed up on time to install raingutters in my house. They were real professionals and were very efficient doing their job. Price is very reasonable and I highly recommend this company.

I contacted L I Metal Systems for a quote to install new seamless gutters along the front and rear of my house. By the early next day, Tim arrived and provided me with suggestions on where best to install gutters, as well as placement and color of downspouts to match the siding on my house. A week later, the installation team were at my house reviewing my installation preferences prior to starting work, and even doubled-checking with me when they found that my patio overhang was not level requiring the gutter section to be slightly exaggerated in order to drain property.

Their work was neat, professional looking and the gutters and downspouts complimented my house's color and finish. I found LI Metal Systems on nextdoor.com and would gladly recommend to others. Note: A contractor inspected my project after it was completed and his only suggestion was that using hanging brackets with sheet metal screws would add more life to the installation than the long gutter nails used for my project.

Always communicated, on time and great value. Val did a great job and gave me a walk through to make sure I was happy with the work.

Not sure what happened on this estimate I received on 05.21.2019. They responded the same day to my request through Home Adviser. Michael C. came the next day. Very knowledgeable, owned his own business for years, competitive price. I had already received estimates and decided after he left I would go with him. A couple of days later I texted him and he responded the next morning stating they installed "OG" style gutter with no explanation.

The next day I had a question about a downspout and the drain system. Sent it through their message system and text to his phone with pictures. That was 5 days ago and still no response. Going with another company. Can't risk signing a contract and not being able to contact them.

I had this company come out a while back for an estimate on rain gutters. They gave me a fair price, the guy was pleasant, and they offered a discount because I found them on Service Magic. I didn't end up getting gutters because I had drains installed, but if I ever do decide to get gutters in the future I will give them a call.

Gary Brown did an excellent job giving me all the options with 5" or 6" gutters(left samples of each to put up & compare), left me a book with several good downspout color choices. the installers showed up on time and finished quickly and efficiently. I had hired L I Metal Systems back in 2004 and was happy with them then, I'm happier with them now. Definitely the company you want to use if you are planning to install gutters that look like crown moulding on our fascia board.

I came across this company searching for a particular kind of gutter. Their Web Site had a picture of that very gutter and on the phone they told me they had it. It turned out theirs was a little different, but good enough. They did a really good job installing seamless gutters for a good price (little less than $5/ft). I had to stay on top of them to finely get them too my house.

But hey they did a good job and appreciate it even though their administrative end seems a little slow (maybe they just never got in sync with the new fast pace and demand for responsiveness).
