We had our Leafguard gutters installed at least 15 years ago and when we called about overflowing gutters they set up an appointment right away. Carlos and Joe were great and worked on adjusting our gutters and cleaning them for about an hour. When they were done they showed us the before pictures and explained everything they did. There was no charge for the work done with the lifetime guarantee. We need more companies and service people like this!

We had flashing installed today to complement our LeafGuard system. Kevin Rivera and Kevin Ortiz did the work. The guys answered all of my questions before and after doing the work. They were complete professionals and very friendly as well! They also did some gutter repair work some time ago after we sustained storm damage from a fallen tree. I am so pleased with the leaf guard gutters. They did make our home look better. The build quality of these gutters and downspouts is far better than what we had. These gutters are not inexpensive, but they are a top quality gutter made with extra heavy duty material. I also have to mention our 2 installers, Christian and Jerry. These 2 guys could not have been more professional and knowledgeable about the product and installation.

They cleaned up after the job was done perfectly. Lastly they walked our property with a magnet on the end of a broom handle to pick up all the small metal pieces and screws that might have fallen. The product and installers are 5 stars in my book.

The Two Kevin's were very professional & the installation actually improved the look of our house with the new gutters. We cannot thank them enough for the work they did installing the new gutters on our house. They are to be commended for their professionalism. Carlos and Christian did a wonderful job installing our brand new LeafGuard gutters. When bad weather delayed our installation from one day to two, they promptly returned the next business day to finish the job timely. After completing the installation, they completely cleaned up and removed all of our old gutter materials leaving everything neat and tidy. We could not ask for two better, hard working, or more courteous installers.

Do yourself a favor do not use this company do not look at the pictures provided on this webpage they are complete bullshit excuse my language the workmanship of this company is just the worst I have ever seen in my life I could do better with a pair of pliers what a waste of money do not use this company for whatever reason

The whole process was very professional and efficient from start to finish. Brian Dovrlan was the gentleman who was first contact for the process and took time to explain the process and the product. He was very respectful and professional and answered all of our questions. After we decided to go forward with the project, the production manager, Stephen DeJesus reached out and set up time and date and informed me what to expect.

The day of the installation it rained all day and the two gentlemen who came to install the gutters (Kevin Rivera and Kevin Ortiz) were punctual and worked through the day, in the rain, to get the job done. They kept me updated to progress and were very respectful of any noise as we have kids in the house. I requested one part of the installation to be changed for aesthetic purposes and they made the changes no problem.

It has rained plenty since the new gutters were installed and the periphery of my house has never been drier. Leafguard is well worth the costs in my opinion as the customer service and guarantee is second to none. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Just had new gutters installed and LeafGuard did not disappoint! Expensive yes, but I appreciate the seamless design and the protection they provide for my home. Not to mention they look awesome and the professionalism of the crew was outstanding. No more metal sections of downspouts blowing off of my house, no more getting up on the roof with a leaf blower. I got them so now I can forget about them! Thank you!

Far superior produce. Expensive, but I investigated many other products and this system is by far the best. Scheduled quickly and 333+ feet of the gutter system completed in one day. Mike, the salesman was professional, knowledgeable and through. The installation crew, headed by Kevin Rivera and Carlos Vincety were true professionals. Cleaned up the mess, in and out in out in 8 hours. House looks great. Guess we will have to wait for rain to know for sure. At this point, I am a happy girl!.

Beautiful gutters. Very knowledgeable installers. Detailed and friendly. Careful to explain what they were doing and didn't mind you keeping an eye on them! They ARE expensive gutters but seem to be quite maintenance free. They cautioned that some pretty cool icesicles will be on there in the winter. You just can't stand under them when the sun starts warming the gutter cause they'll fall.

Just like any icesicle! The gutters look great on my house, I'm not worried at all about water or the leaves and debris from the trees! I would definitely consider buying a house with these gutters over traditional cheap ones!

LeafGuard is a great solid product. Gutters look sleek and work very well. Technicians arrived on time and were very professional. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Laurence was excellent when he came to do the estimate, very professional and filled us in on everything while fielding our questions. We did not end up getting the product installed due to the high cost that was above our budget, but I can't say enough about what an asset Laurence is to the company, and a very helpful guy.

They performed complete gutter and leader replacement with their very special system. The salesperson was very well trained, knowledgable, patient. They provided a very competent installation team the very next day after signing the contract. The manager took the time to call after the installation to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone having issues with gutter and leader leaf problems-you will be satisfied.

Friendly staff, nice gutters. Very expensive or it would be a 5 star review. Selling gutters should not take 2 hours. Laurence was nice and informative.

We were told that they were going to install the downspout like before into our planter box. They ran a 3 by 4 piece directly into the wooden box. It rotted on the bottom, and water started to come into our half cellar. Then we had to replace the box with a plastic one, which cost us almost 2000$. Ask for all of the details and make sure the installer follows those instructions or you will be very sorry.

In my personal opinion after signing i got next day install. The installer was excellent and very professional. I know is pricey but for me worthy. No more getting on my roof or paying someone else to clean my gutters

I gave a 4 star only because of the price being more than what we wanted to pay, a bit pricey.but like they say you get what you pay for! We'll see. The salesman, Jonathan that came to our house to give the presentation about LeafGuard was very knowledgeable, respectful and a very nice person to do business with! We got a next day install, the crew was at our house at 9:30am.

The Foreman, Kevin was excellent! Very respectful, hard working, very attentive to detail, just a wonderful person to work with! He's a 10+! So it rained a couple days after the install and we noticed an end cap was dripping. I messaged Jonathan, he promptly got back to me and stated he contacted his Project Manager, Steven and told him the issue. Steven called me in a couple of minutes afterwards and said he would send a crew to fix the problem that day, which they did and it's all good!

Where to begin. This company responded to a request for a free estimate from my 83 year old relative. After taking the gutter measurements they pressured him for an hour inside his house to commit to purchase on the spot. All this during the COVID-19 shutdown. They were going to get several estimates but were strong armed into signing with 2000 dollars down and 5750 to be financed and were told they should not talk to their family before moving forward.

So $7752.00 for 139 linear feet of gutters with leaf guard. That is 55.77 per foot. The installation took 3 hours. Not bad for 3 hours work and some aluminum. I called and left a message with the salesperson, they never replied. I left a message with his production manager and sent him and email, they also never replied. I finally heard back from the general manager after 4 days who told us that there would be no concessions made. I am going to be calling the state consumer board/attorney general and other agencies at this point. Beware.

Truthfully. Great gutters. They do what they say. Problem is, the employees are treated as expendable and therefore dont care if they are not prepared for a problem if encountered. They are very expensive but if you happen to get a good crew (usually teamed by 2 men), AND they do a great job, you might consider the cost worth it Good crews exist and will give an excellent job.

Unfortunately there are few good guys as the door revolves with new hires often. 4:30 am wake up time to be loaded up by 6am for, a long 3-4 hr drive one direction to job site. On job completion is often done in a day, but not always. And it takes all day only to drive 3-4 hours back So think about it. 8 hrs in total drive time. Not including actual job site time which can be another 8-10 hrs. 16-18 hrs total And wow.

Its exciting for these guys to get very little sleep. No wonder they cant get anyone to stay. If the company were run with moral ethics and decency for their employees. It could be a better run organization for a product that is certainly a top product that does what it says But its roulette getting the right guys. U never know what type of experienced person will be showing up at your house.

And with the long drive times. They are mostly concerned with more hurry and less speed. As they crews are paid per job they are more concerned with getting done faster. Quality Vs. Quantity. You make the call Good luck.

We had an 8am install scheduled for a Friday morning, they called at 9:52am stating they were caught up somewhere else and would call back with an ETA. Around 5pm, we still didn't have anyone show up, and we still never received a call back, so we had to go and call them. A courtesy call apologizing would have been better than nothing. They said they would come out Saturday morning, which they did. However, a vacation day was lost and half of a Saturday due to their poor customer service.

This was after a large sum of money was put down. While the gutters look great and were installed fairly quick, the customer service for the company is absolutely awful. Very unprofessional.

I also sat down with a really nice gentlemen from this company, we decided not to purchase them at that time. That was 2016. We were at least going at get a $50 gift card and go out to dinner, it never came. I thought want a scam! Now 2017 I am seeing the adds on TV and called about my gift card, once again, never came. It is the principal of the matter, so I contacted the BBB. Guess what, got a $50 gift card. I don't trust this company!

On 6/3/10, in small claims court of Adams County, I won a judgement against LeafGuard of Colorado for shoddy workmanship.
