Infinity Roofing

We were extremely pleased with the roofing replacement Infinity Exteriors did for us! Charlie got our job ready and on the schedule quickly. Our project manager Matt kept us informed through the entire process. They were professional, courteous and attentive to our needs. The roofing Installation was done expertly. One of the major selling points for us was that it comes with an extensive 50 year, transferrable warranty. Thank you for a job well done!

I was in the process of having my siding replaced (it was at least 25 years old) and part of the project included repairing / replacing water damaged walls and roof on an addition to the garage. This addition was a little unique because the roof is nearly flat so shingles are not a suitable substrate. I had Adam from Infinity come have a look and he suggested a rubber roof.

He also mentioned Infinity could handle the siding project including working with insurance process. But because I was already in contract with another company I declined. Adam was very understanding and continued to work with me through my entire project as though he had the entire job. He was professional, courteous, and amazingly helpful offering suggestions for my entire job that only improved my results, even though he had nothing to gain.

When the roof was completed the finished product was nothing short of perfect and has performed flawlessly. Recently we had them out again to add a gutter to the area when the rubber roof was installed. Again the entire process was seamless, work exceeded expectations, and was timely. Knowing we will be needing a roof in the next few years there will be only one call we make, and that is to Infinity. They have more than earned our trust with their service and finished results.

Our Project Manager, Charlie, was great. He walked us through the options for replacing our 24 year old roof after some wind damage. He was very knowledgeable and offered his honest opinion on the various roofing options. Infinity Exteriors offers a high quality product with an extensive warranty and free annual inspections at a fair price.

As a first time homeowner, roof replacement sounded like a scary process, but Infinity Exteriors made it a breeze. When I requested a quote, they responded very quickly to set up an appointment and Danny came out the next day. He was beyond thorough inspecting the house, checking the attic, and patient in answering all our questions and explaining how the process of roof replacement and gutters works.

We felt very comfortable that we were choosing a reliable company to take care of such a big project. Our project manager Jim kept us up to date during the entire process leading up to the big day and sent us progress pictures of the different layers of our roof being completed. We're so happy with our new roof and gutters and will definitely be repeat customers for any future work we may need.

Charlie my project coordinator arrived on time, walked me through the entire process from start to finish. Helped me with color decisions, and was very patient with all of my questions. Am very much looking forward to Infinity Exteriors installing my new roof, and would highly recommend Charlie and Infinity to anyone looking for roofing replacement. Very good company, very helpful! Charlie was very kind very friendly, and not pushy at all like some other roof salespeople.

I scheduled an appointment with Infinity Exteriors. A very professional and friendly representative named Charlie Smart arrived at my house promptly on time. We talked about my current roof and the problems I was having. Charlie mentioned that he would like to inspect outside and inside the house (attic) and garage. I have not been asked this on other inspections but Charlie mentioned it was very necessary to realy know what were dealing with for a shingle replacement.

I respected his decision to do this. This really made my decision easy of what roofing company I wanted to install my roof. The selection of shingles, price and availability was very realistic. Very pleased with my decision. Thanks Charlie!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Aaron Bagurdes, senior project coordinator at Infinity Exteriors and it's been an amazing experience! Back in August I ended up with significant siding damage from hail, we had several storms roll through our area and the siding took a pretty significant beating from the looks of it. I contacted Infinity Exteriors and Aaron came out to do a preliminary inspection.

I MUST say, I never even bothered contacting another company because of how professional and thorough Aaron was! He walked me around the entire house, explained all the good things he sees and all the damaged areas, as well as things that I may want to keep an eye on. Due to significant siding damage he wanted to be on the safe side and go up on the roof to inspect the rest of the house and sure enough I had roof damage too.

He took photos and marked all the areas that he was able to identify. What I was most impressed with was that I never felt pressured to do any of the work. He explained everything thoroughly and even gave me options of possibly waiting on the roof if I wanted to since the damage was there but it wasn't severe. He went over the pros and cons and also gave me a timeline of how long my roof might last me if I just left it alone, a very honest inspection.

I was so impressed that I decided to just go for it and have the roof and the siding done as well as some additional things. When it was time to finalize the project, Aaron walked me through the agreement and simplified all the steps on paper. The process has been very smooth so far. The materials have been ordered and I even get a regular update on where things are so far. My wife and I are both super excited to see final results, we have all the confidence in Infinity Exteriors!

The Infinity team performed well from the initial meeting through final delivery and closing out the project. They were on-time and cleaned up extremely well each day. Infinity was great to work with from beginning to end. Michael, who did our estimate, took the time to answer all my questions and explain the entire process. The crew who replaced the roof did a great job and completed it in one day. The estimate was slightly higher then another company I called, but the extra steps taken, and the transferable warranty, made that decision very easy.

I am a Realtor, so having a transferable warranty is a huge plus, when the time comes to sell. Chad, the project manager was easy to get in touch with and made sure I was happy with the finished project. I highly recommend Infinity Exteriors!

The roof was done quickly and the workers cleaned up very well after. They were extremely polite and accommodating. I was very impressed by the professionalism. Charles Smart, my account manager was wonderful. He answered all my questions usually within an hour after I emailed, and that includes weekends and after hours. I was so impressed by how he would take the time to explain all the details about the project with me.

My only complaint about the project and why I can't give 5 stars is that after the work was done, there was some siding damage at the roof line that I can see from the ground. It's around the front door. I had signed a waiver that this might happen, but being able to see it makes it an eyesore. I wanted to pay extra to have it taken care of and I was told that they will not work on aluminum siding. I was also told that if I opted to have someone else work on it, I could negate my roof warranty. This leaves me with nothing I can do. I'm feeling a little frustrated.
