This company is not built on principle and definitely not integrity. This company did work in my community and caused damage to my car. I'm sure without video evidence they would of denied it, but it's clear as day! Foreman came out (I was at work looking on camera) before he assessed damage his concern was where the camera was! Every time I call it's " I will have someone call you back", seen the foreman his reply "my boss should reach out soon" yet to hear anything or have my wrong corrected! But judging by the reviews I just read it all seems to make since. I just want the scratches off my car that your employees caused

Used them 8 years ago for six residential buildings. Within 5 years each building had at least one leak. Now most buildings have at least two leaks, and shingles are routinely flying off in rainstorms. I have had to caulk and seal down many places on the roofs to try to stem the leaking roofs. Roofs also have "waves" in them where there are visual dips in the roofs.

Must have used inferior materials. Was okay for about 5 years, but I was hoping to get at least 15 to 20 years of good service from these roofs. For the price, should have gotten longer lasting work that should have stayed sealed down. Update 9/16/20: two more leaks! Egads, such poor longevity and workmanship. Update 3/18/21: Multiple ridge line shingles blew away, and a giant section of about 10x10 blown up or away. Saw many shingles where the plastic strips were never removed to allow the shingles to seal down. No wonder they lifted and blew away! Gutters they put back were level or reverse pitched! Boy, was I ripped off.

I used them eight years ago after a hail storm damaged our roofs. Twelve roofs were to last at least 15 years. They lasted about five. In the last three years, leaks have accelerated in each of the residential roofs, now averaging about one leak per year per roof. Found a number of shingles blown off and glued them back into roof to fix the leaks, and discovered many others were loose and many still had in place the peel off plastic that is to be removed so the shingles seal down.

No wonder shingles are now flying off and am getting leaks. Also, where peeled off, the tar seals on the shingles are very minimal. Probably used cheap shingles that aged quickly. Stay clear.

Been using Needham for over 5 years on various projects both big and small in Seattle, SoCal and TX. Very professional, competitively priced, and detail oriented. Their supervisors are always available to consult on any roof issues.

I'm a resident of an apartment property currently being re-roofed by Needham. The past month has been the equivalent of living in a mine field. At the conclusion of the work day, Needham's workers leave, but their debris remains. There are nails, many of which are rusty, scattered across the entire property. This includes both drive ways and primary walk paths.

The picture attached is a collection of nails in primary walkways I picked up while walking my dog. It is a miracle a resident or an animal has not been injured. The highlight was an old shingle with a single nail sticking out of the center along our apartment's Main Street. Upon speaking to the complex, and voicing my concerns.it appears the amount of nails in walk-paths have decreased. However, they are far from gone. I will be thrilled if I escape this experience without needing a tire patch or a tetanus shot. Everyday I experience an Easter egg hunt of rusty nails.

Would never use their service because I wonder about the values of the company. Today at 2:20 pm at Tollway and Frankford, a man in Needham Roofing white truck crossed 4 lanes of traffic cutting us off while we were merging. This man was angry, rolled down his window, yelled at us and flipped us off. My 4 year old niece wanted to know why that man was so angry.
