Larry with Rhino fixed us up after the recent storms in the Kansas City area caused a leak in our roof. We had water coming into our kitchen. We called Rhino, and Larry was able to come out that day. We live just outside of the Des Moines Area in Iowa and will recommend Rhino Roofing every single time! If you are like me, and dread having to reach out to multiple different contractors, and compare bids, and all the while wonder if you are still getting screwed because you don't have the first clue about anything repair related, look no further!

Seriously the quickest, easiest, painless process with phenomenal service through the entire time, AND good results. The whole process start to finish maybe took two weeks max and that included me reaching out to Travis and him coming out to look at my property initially, having the material delivered, and finally the roof and gutters actually being replaced. My roof needed replaced late 2018 so I contacted Justin with Rhino Roofing. Justin met with my insurance claims adjuster and he was able to get the adjuster to cover the roof as well as my gutters and window sills (which was way above what I was expecting). Justin then had a crew on my roof replacing it within about a week. The customer service was fantastic as I was in contact with Justin on a daily basis and he followed up with me to insure that everything was done without issue.

I cannot recommend Rhino Roofing enough. Their customer service is fantastic, they were able to get my insurance company to cover things that I never expected, they came in with an extremely reasonable price (so much so that I upgraded the shingles), they do quality work, and their follow through was impressive.

Travis was extremely helpful in guiding the process, being a real partner as we dealt with inspections and insurance adjusters, and got the job done quickly and professionally. We had a hail storm last spring. Huston came out to our home from Rhino Roofing and inspected our roof. He was very professional and even took some extra time to educate us on our roof and answer our many questions. It turned out that we didn't have enough damage to warrant a new roof, but when it does come time I'll be calling Huston! It's hard to find someone with so much integrity, we really appreciated his help!

All the work was done on time and professionally. The roof and gutter installation looks awesome. An extremely professional experience from start to finish, with excellent communication throughout the roof replacement process. Travis came out and worked with the insurance inspector to assess hail damage to the roof. Following the assessment worked directly and kept me informed every step of the process via text and phone calls. Travis communicated the date for roof replacement, was on site during tear-off and replacement, introduced the team performing the work, and followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the job done.

To demonstrate the amount of professionalism and completeness of the job done, I have yet to find a single roofing nail around the house or piece of shingle. This would be common on roofing jobs I have had done in the past. All in all a highly effective communicating, actual work completion, clean-up, and assisting with the insurance side of the transaction and I would say are an extremely professional LOCAL roofing company.
