I have used Steve Cantrell and Cloud Roofing for Years. They have done small repairs and complete roof replacements on my home. I got several bids for my new roof and In the end Steve at Cloud Roofing was the only one that didn't make me feel like I was talking to a used car salesman. He told me what he would do and did what he's said in the time frame promised. Steve and cloud is the only company I will use.

We recently had our roof replaced by Cloud Roofing. Steve Cantrell helped us through the process and dealt with the insurance company-very smooth and painless for us. Steve explained the different shingle types and helped us pick out out the best shingle for our roof (we wanted to upgrade). We wanted a bit of a dramatic change and Steve helped with that-he sent us some addresses so we could drive by and see what the roof color would look like on house with our brick color.
The roofers who came out to install the roof were polite, efficient and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was finished. I fully expected to find a nail or two and went out to check, but nope! Not a single nail to be found-my tires were spared! I don't anticipate needing to have the roof replaced in the near future, but I can guarantee that Cloud Roofing (and Steve!) will be the first number I dial should I need to.

Cloud did a superb job. I had my roof replaced, gutters replaced, fence painted, new garage doors and window screens added where missing. Cloud managed the entire job. I did not have to contact several different companies. This was a major insurance claim, hence the variety of tasks. Cloud management was responsive, on time, competent, and a pleasure to work with. I would not consider any other company for my next project.

Wes walked us through a major project from start to finish. He was constantly inspecting, keeping us updated on progress and professional, as was his crew, during whole project, Not only did the roof come out fantastic, Wes took care of other things that needed attention ( hot water stack replacing, solar tube, pipes with insulation worn in attic). Excellent job and I would highly recommend to anyone needing roof repairs/new roof!
