I had my roof coated by another company on this app. Shortly afterward I had a leak with some kona weather. They came out and patched up where they thought the leak might be but a few months later the leak happened again. I decided a new set of eyes might be good so Jeff Kimbrel from Leakmasters came out. He had come out for my original estimate and I regretted not having used them the first time. Jeff couldn't have been any better.

He looked over my roof and walls and gave me a few suggestions including caulking around an outlet that was likely the source of the leak. I wanted him to work on my exterior walls as a potential source of the leak but they don't supply that service. Jeff knew my roof was recently coated and he wasn't going to get a sale but he was thorough and professional throughout.

Guess what? He didn't even charge me. Amazing customer service and I wasn't even a customer. I have a long warranty with the company that coated by roof but in retrospect I'd call Jeff and have Leakmasters coat my roof if I were to do it again!

My roof got damaged in the bad winds two weeks ago and I was scrambling to have someone do emergency maintenance after another roofing company flaked on me and heavy rains had started feeling through our roof and ceilings. I called Joanne thinking it was a long shot to have same day service, but she was helpful, understanding and scheduled the Leak Masters crew to come that day! Micah and his crew were professional and fixed the problem. Hopefully no more leaks in the future but I know who ill call if there are. Really appreciate the team's fast and reliable service, professionalism and fair rates. Thank you!

Thank you Jeff and team! My house had been having problems with unknown leaks whenever there was a storm or really heavy rain since the day we moved in and we could never figure out the problem! We hired a bunch of contractors and handymen and they could never figure out the issue either! One of our Handymen told us it'd be good to get the roof checked out so we did and Jeff came and gave me a fair estimate.

He was very professional and respectful not to mention always arrives in a timely manner! After the job was done, we found that there was still a leak! I figured it must've been something else, but just to be sure I had Jeff come and take a look at it. In just under an hour, he locates and finds a small crack in the between the walls and started dumping water into that crack. Lo and behold, that crack was the cause of my 5 year long problem!

They don't call themselves the Leakmasters for nothing! Big thanks to Jeff, his team, and the front desk lady for providing such great customer service! Very happy with the service you guys provided! If anyone has a roof problem or leaking problem, I'll be sending them your way! -David

Called and tried their online form at least 3 times asking for an appointment/estimate. No one bothered to respond. I used their company in the past and follow-up was much better than now. Maybe they've gotten too big and my job too small. Other very big companies came out in just a few days to assess my roof and provided detailed estimates in a timely manner.

Leakmaster is the BEST. We needed a new roof badly. Ty came over, educated us about our options and led us throigh the process. When problems arose, the Leakmaster team dealt with them very quickly and responsibly. We couldn't be happier with the job or our experience with Ty. Thanks, Leakmaster!

Leakmaster did my roof in 2013 with the silicone coating. With my contract I had a 7 yr. warranty. Called them in Nov. 2017 because somehow water was getting trapped under the silicone causing blisters on one side of my roof. Called Leakmaster, and they honored my warranty. They came back to fix the problem. Three months later, Feb. 2018 the problem came back again.

Apparently they did not fix the problem. Called them back again, twice. Donovan, the person that schedules the job assured me that he will get back to me. Never did. I refused to called them again, which would be my third time. Went with another Roofing company. Problem solved. Stay away from Leakmaster. Not worth the headache chasing & waiting for them. Not reliable.

We (brother and two sisters) own 3 single-family homes (rentals) in Kaimuki & though their roofs were not leaking, they're old and we wanted to do preventive maintenance so we researched this company and found that they were members of the better business bureau with A+ ratings because a friend of mine owns a commercial building in Kakaako and told me he was very happy with their work. Got a quote and decided to go with them. Decided to spring not only for silicone coats (more expensive but superior to acrylic) but also a metal tie-down bar which runs along the periphery, providing extra protection against wind uplift damage (remember 2015 when satellite photos showed five major hurricanes around Oahu simultaneously?

Only gonna get worse with global warming!). They provided expertise also in terms of roof structural integrity & making sure soft areas of the roof did not represent either termite damage or wood rot which needs repair prior to their work. Hire them without going any farther, you won't be disappointed!

This is the second time I've used LeakMasters. I was so impressed with the work they did to repair our roof several years ago that when this new leak started, on a different area of our roof, I knew I wanted them for the job. The workmanship is excellent, their crew is courteous, and communicate with you throughout the process. They don't leave until they've cleaned up and hauled away the debris from the job so you don't have to worry about any mess to your yard or, in our case, no mess to our pool or deck.

They follow up promptly with a call about the finished work and do a walk around to make sure you are satisfied with the job. I highly recommend LeakMasters and will use them again, if I ever have another leak.

I'm completely happy with the recent job on my Monier tile roof. The estimator, Jeff Kimbrel, patiently explained the process and answered all my questions both at the beginning and at the end. He repeatedly sent me the addresses of completed jobs for me to look at the color as I made my color choice. I never felt rushed or was made to feel frivolous.

I love the color I chose! Once I made my color selection, my job was quickly scheduled. The crew, Sean Higdon and LaVon, came on time, were friendly, focused and professional, and meticulous. They not only power washed the roof as the first step, they power washed the walkway, my driveway and all gutters and eaves below that had become soiled during the power washing (after all, water flows down!).

They took the time to do it right, resealing where gaps appeared after the first go-around even though that meant coming back the next day to spray the coating. Sean completely painted under my hot water solar panel and the edges of the panels themselves! I was truly impressed! This crew demonstrated the highest integrity and caring in their work.

Truly commendable! Now my house - roof, eaves, walkway and surroundings look brand new! A "new lease on life" for my house! Thank you Jeff, Sean, LaVon and Mr Rogers for a great job and a well-run company that I'd certainly work with again and recommend my friends, family and clients work with. E Komo Mai!

Great idea of do it yourself roofing, with high quality products. My roof was leaking bad and needed to do something. The leakmaster silicone roofing did the job and only 1/3 of the price the other roofing companies. I recommend leakmaster as a affordable alternative to roofing.

I have used them to repair a shingle roof in the past, and just included them for estimates on a new roof because they were friendly, prompt and efficient when I did use them. Unfortunately, it's an insurance company issue now, so I am not going ahead with them, but I did want to give them a positive shoutout! They are still friendly and responsive.

I had Leakmaster install the NXT roof coating and I could not be more pleased with the results. I wish I could have taken temperature readings inside of my house before and after the installation to quantify the improvements, but I know for sure it is significantly cooler. My estimator Jeff was terrific and pleasing to work with and provided me with multiple options that could fit my budget.

The work crew was diligent in performing their task and kept me posted on their progress daily. Due to the rain my project was delayed a little bit but well worth the wait. Now I have a new roof surface that is warranted from leaking and a cooler and more comfortable home. Thank you to the good folks at Leakmaster.

I had a small leak I thought I could fix, so I bought all the stuff and had my handyman put it all on. We were sure we had covered every possibile place it could leak. Then the rain came and I had leaks where it had never leaked before! Then I called Leakmaster, they sent their guy out right away, he looked at it and told me what I did wrong and gave me a quote. I agreed and signed, as soon as it stopped raining they came right out, fixed everything, cleaned everything up and it hasn't leaked since. AWESOME JOB!

We recently had our roof repaired by Leakmaster Roofing. We could not have asked for a better roofing company - kudos to all the staffs at Leakmaster who were very professional, helpful, personable, patient, approachable, smily, and respectful of our property from beginning to end. Jeff was great in coordinating to make sure the project went smoothly and providing me with the status of the repairing progress. Ty was thorough in explaining the roof leakage issue to me and timely in emailing me the roof repair proposal.

I appreciate that Ty worked on Sunday to email the proposal to me. Joel was timely in corresponding with me regarding payment information. Sean and his crew were great in starting and completing the repairing for us and they even worked on our roof on Sunday and holidays to get our roof fixed as soon as possible; even though they had to come back several times to fix our roof, they were very pleasant about it.

We are forever grateful that they went the extra mile to ensure our roof is fixed. Leakmaster Roofing is being referred to us by our dear friend. Now, we would like share our pleasant experience with Leakmaster Roofing with the world.

Coming swiftly and very turbulent this year the rainy season in Hawaii arrived and like most, though prepared, sometimes things happen that are unforeseen and can't be helped, unfortunately this time around the rainfall did it's best to remind us all of that and with the weather being as difficult as it was it's relentlessness was taking a toll on the roof. Thankfully Leak Master was there and available to help with all the inquiries, questions, products and explanations to help keep the weather outdoors and not a recurring problem for the house.

With appointments, planning, and work done quickly and professionally I will definitely recommend the team here at Leak Master to my friends and associates both personal and professional for years to come.

I walked into the Leakmaster Roofing showroom in Kaka'ako recently to check out their roofing materials. I was interested in their silicone roof coatings and thought that it might be useful to see what they looked like up close on their sample boards. Talking to their staff, I was surprised to find out they not only install the coatings but are also one of the few ( maybe only?) roofing companies that are willing to teach their customers how to do the work themselves, if you buy the material from them.

I found it refreshing that they were willing to do this and that they didn't try to pressure me into buying a new roof if I only wanted a simple repair. Their website (http://www.leakmaster.com) also has a lot of useful information for do it yourselfers. You might want to check it out and make up your own mind.

I decided to delete my original review because i feel threatened by this person who i believe works with or for this roofing company. my own experience was the honest truth. i do not fabricate my experiences and resent the fact that i am being made to look like a bad person. furthermore, i was never provided the opportunity to be a customer because the company never gave me a reasonable chance, as they failed to show up for an estimate when they said they would and never reconnected with me which totally does not foster trust in any business relationship no matter how minor. had the company called back i would have not felt so horrible. that is all. if we cannot post honest experiences on yelp and only positive reviews yelp loses it's usefulness. i also resent being stalked three years later which is when the post was originally created. lastly, if i ever did post negative reviews on yelp in the past, businesses were PROFESSIONAL enough to not make excuses, simply apologize, and sometimes even re-offer their services to try to improve my experience with the company. this company rather bash me on my honest review and then call me unprofessional. talk about calling the kettle black. i don't care how good a company's service is if they are mean spirited and defensive. i do believe too that the customer is not always "right" but you have to learn to respect a customer's feelings, personal experience with your company, and right to feel like you got crap service when it really did happen. this guy was never present to witness what happened. i don't even know him which just goes to show he is not in touch with his customers-- just maybe in touch with yelp and in touch with only what his employees are telling him. i'm out of here-- seriously who needs this kind of abuse
