This simple 1 1/2-story design, with its distinctive peaked roof, shutters and central front door, is an American classic. Usually a frame structure, the basic design comes in many variations featuring dormers, bay windows, decorative trim, etc. The colonial home features a rectangular design often distinguished by sash windows with small panes and shutters and an overhanging upper story and fireplaces.

We did get a call back from Andy - to be fair to him, I did call with my problem at the very beginning of the roofing season and they were very busy. We had a couple of conversations about the situation and he said he would send a crew out asap. Asap turned out to be a few weeks but Andy called, they came the next day, went up and checked out the situation, confirmed that the leading and roofing was intact, saw a crack in the chimney mortar and did a little patching on the chimney (not really their responsibility). All in all, I couldn't have asked for more. Andy Thank You!

I recently used the Roof Doctor on my mom's roof. I recieved four qoutes and did lots of research before contracting someone for this work. The Roof Doctor specializes in roofs, unlike some of the contractors I talked to who did lots of everything. Since this is their speciality area, they were able to provide us a great price for the work and did an excellent job! There were no surprises and they completed the work in one day. Andy was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would recommend Roof Doctors to anyone.
