Surprised this is the only low star review! I can't even begin to express how incompetent Jim has been! Paid to have him do roof/sky light work 2 years ago just to have the problem sneak up again. DOES NOT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS. Had to have 2 adjusters come out along with another company to explain the work was done incorrectly and poorly. Was told I needed to contact LaHood AGAIN since they were the ones who originally "fixed" it. DOES NOT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS--STILL!
This has been ongoing for at least a year now and Jim has even made an appointment before within the last year and never came! One of the adjusters who came out does this type of work now and is choosing to step in and do the work but making LaHood pay him. We will see how this goes! Just ridiculous! Following this review will be a report made to the BBB. Jim, I will NEVER call you again for work and will ensure to tell everyone to STAY AWAY.
