Our descriptive report will provide enough documentation and photos as if you were at the site yourself. Globe Roof Inspection Program (GRIP) offers a complete menu of services to support every adjuster's need.
GRIP is a Roof Inspection and Ladder Assist program designed to provide unbiased roof inspections for the Insurance Industry. A GRIP administrator will make a courtesy phone call, to the policy holder, to inform them that GRIP has been assigned by their insurance claims adjuster to perform an exterior roof inspection.

Terrible customer service. Very rude! The receptionist (Alisha) hung up the phone on me after asking her for a phone number. I can't believe this is the type of company my insurance company contracts to do appraisals! Its a shame that we as paying costumers don't have more power of choice when it comes to selecting who provides our service. I would not recommend this company at all!
Who would want to hire a company that would treat their customers like this! in a time when we are all suffering so badly after this horribly storm Sandy?! As far as I'm concerned this company should be the focus of a boycott! I wouldn't doubt they were price gouging their customers as well during the aftermath of the storm. If I could give a lower rating than poor. I would!
