Please read all reviews - I wish I had because now, after the fact, I see others have had the same experience I had. I had a roof turbine replaced which took all of 10 minutes to do. There were two men who came that day but only one did the actual work. I get a bill for $395.00 (not itemized). Before calling Debbie in the billing department, I check on line for the price of turbines and the most expensive are $82 - $114.

That leaves the labor costs to be $281 - $313 - for a 10 minute job. I call and speak to Debbie and was told the labor includes the cost of two men, which led me to ask, "How many Aggies does it take to change a light bulb?". This was clearly a one person job but I'm stuck paying for two, one of whom did nothing. I won't be using them again.

We had a roof repair that required caulking around a roof vent. 2 guys in a truck arrive one guy works on the roof while the other sits in the truck eating lunch. They were on the job for 30 minutes. the bill was a little over $750.00. Ouch.! They will not give me an itemized bill. This was on a single story house maybe one tube of caulk used.

Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness, Value Workers came out to repair a spot in my roof. They were here for only 2 hours and only used 2 cans of caulk yet I'm being charged $1500. Several fees that were not mentioned before work was completed. The person who handles invoices is never there or available to answer calls or questions. Service: Roof repair

We highly recommend Johnson Roofing. Living in a 70 year old converted cotton gin, we have had numerous water issues with windows and siding, as well as the roof. Their employees are extremely knowledgeable in all areas. We especially appreciate that they use their vast experience to help us preserve the character of our home!

I don't live locally, and I needed someone to take a look at my parents' roof. I looked up some roofing companies online - Johnson's Roofing appeared to be reputable. I gave them a call: they had a technician out within the hour to take a look at the roof. After taking a look, the technician called me to let me know that there were only minor repairs needed - and he went ahead and repaired it for free! Totally impressed with their service! Johnson's Roofing will be getting the business when the time comes for a new roof.

We had Johnson Roofing replace our roof, A large 2,000 sq ft house. The job was done on time and on budget. They cleaned up everything after doing the roof. Perfect job with no problems.

Highly recommend! From the quote all the way to the last broom sweep I had a great experience with Johnson Roofing. Not only did I learn that they have a roof that looks like shingles bit is a hail resistant metal. They left everything so clean. They even cleaned up debris out of my bushes along the house.

The Johnson Roofing team provided excellent customer service from the first visit (when Mr. Billy Johnson himself climbed on top our high, steep roof to assess the damage) throughout the entire process. They worked with our insurance estimate to correct and eventually secure additional funds that more accurately reflected real replacement costs. I had been notified that my rent house in Lorena had a large leak in the roof. I called Johnson roofing and they were quick to send someone out and fix it. The whole process was hassle free and the price was less than I had imagined it would be. I am definitely going to use Johnson roofing for any future proofing needs. Johnson Roofing does great quality work. I loved the quick response time with setting up an appointment to assess my roof for the estimate process. The workers are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, go above and beyond. Prices are great and they have a variety of options. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
