FairClaims Roofing & Construction offers all types of roof repairs and roof maintenance. If your home or property has a roof leak, we can evaluate the problem and quote the needed repairs accordingly. This home was leaking where the roof met the metal chimney cricket. We completely replaced the rusting cricket with new decking shingles, and fully replaced the chimney flashing to comprehensively repair the leak.
FairClaims Roofing & Construction has extensive experience working with and installing storm damaged roofs. We have numerous staff members who either currently have or previously have had their insurance adjusters license, Our experts will assess your property at no charge, take digital photos, provide a written estimate, and can meet with your insurance companies adjuster to discuss the scope of damage and cost to repair.
If you are buying or selling a home, it is always in your best interest to have one of our experts inspect the roof. Most home inspectors only look at the roof from the ground with binoculars and could be overlooking major problems. Our experts will inspect the roof and check to make sure the roof is free from defective shingles, unaddressed storm damage, maintenance concerns, or other significant installation flaws. The cost for a written inspection report with photos is $150,00. We will also provide an estimate for any needed repairs.
We also offer quality window replacements, siding replacements, and exterior painting. Most of our window, siding, and painting customers were previous roof customers or projects done in conjunction with a new roof! We promise you will receive the same quality and service with your window, siding, or painting project that you would with any roofing project.

Bruce and his team did a fabulous job. I was having trouble with refi and stayed with me through that. Got the job done and done right. Well, he did make one mistake in what he told me. He said they would take a day to roof my house and garage. They only took just over half! Seeing them work, you know why. Everyone is working ALL THE TIME. Thanks again Bruce.

I worked with Dakota at FairClaims Roofing and was extremely pleased with the work and the service. I had a chimney leak that persisted even after I had hired another roofer to fix it and then eventually hired a company that specialized in chimney repair. Neither one was able to correct the problem. FairClaims realized that the masonry work was not correct from the original build.
They lined up the mason to fix the original problem and also repaired the roofing in that area. Seeing the before and after pictures gives me comfort in seeing that it has been fixed for good. Dakota did a great job of keeping me informed each step of the way and I felt that the price was very competitive.

Dakota Carson is the best! I had a roof leak due to an old solar tube. Dakota called ahead of time, was prompt, courteous and very professional. He went the extra mile to go purchase some caulk and applied it temporarily stop the leak as heavy rain was forecast in the next day or so. Dakota scheduled the repair for the following week. Again, another great experience with the repairman.prompt, efficient and at a fair price. Fair Claims was also the installer of the original roof and we had a great experience at that time as well. Was referred to Bruce and Fairclaims Roofing from a friend when I decided it was time to have my roof checked out. Other homes in my area had their roofs replaced following a series of hail storms last year. Right from the start, Bruce gave me peace-of-mind about his company so I didn't need to shop around. The process couldn't have gone any smoother. Bruce was punctual and attentive throughout, even well after the job to ensure everything was completed as promised.
The guys did an outstanding job knocking out most of the work in one day. On day two the roof was done. I was dreading the thought of having to replace my roof and deal with a roofing company. Bruce and the Fairclaims team was fantastic when replacing our roof, gutters, and fence after a hail storm! Bruce walked us very clearly through the claims process, worked with the insurance adjuster, kept to our budget, and was always available for questions. The repairs were very well done, the team members were polite, and cleaned up the property well. Overall, an excellent experience and I would recommend Fairclaims to everyone!

After the hailstorm of the century they responded quickly and got the holes in our roof covered with tarps. They were easy and great to work with and really did the best work in getting us back to normal. They setup and coordinated the work with our insurance and restoration services to dry out our house and really put on a great roof for us. Any issues we have had they have always been quick to respond and I would highly recommend using them in the future.

Bruce Seigel was a pleasure to work with. As a first time homeowner, he taught me a lot and answered all my question. He even went as far to talk to my parents (my personal HOA consultants) about the color of the gutters and what will be done. He installs roofs, pergolas, concrete and so much more. I am so thankful for choosing Fair Claims for replacing my roof. Bruce actually came to my house twice before I even accepted them for the project. The first time he explained the whole process to me. The second time he came and met the insurance adjuster to make sure he got all areas that had damage. The crew was awesome. For roofers they were quite quiet. They came early did the work cleaned up and finished on time. It was a good experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this company.
