Overall the roof is fine. They also installed gutters. Only about 10 months later the gutter is leaking pretty bad on one side. I have reached out to Karen the office manager 7 times via email. No response. Completely ignoring me. Awful customer service. Services: Roof installation, Gutter installation

Tri county was recommended to me I was about to lose my house insurance after 20 years because of a tree and a roof Sharon Told she could have it put on within 2 weeks She kept her word and its nice and cool inside my house and I get to keep my insurance I gave them 5 stars they deserve it thank you tri county

Beware of this Company. They use a version of the "bait and switch" trick. The owner; Sharon will come over and talk you into letting their un-licensed subcontractors come and do a less than mediocre job, (they didn't even have the right tools to do the job, I had to let them use my tools and equipment) and then when your roof or in my case; carport is leaking again, they will send another slick to give you an Estimate of triple the amount you paid in the first place. I'm sorry I fell for their lie, and now I'm looking at a Small Claims suit and wasting more of my time with these Bozos. Stay away.
