RUN FROM THIS CON. I hired Mr Spears prior to purchasing a home to flip. He did estimate then went up on price after i purchased the home. Upon removing the ceiling i discovered he used old wood pieces and scrap wood on my home and left 5 areas with rotted wood exposing shingles on home. The workmanship was horrible. Begging you to run.
