I called this company three times and left a message with their answering service. They never called back. I guess they don't want my insurance company's money. It's frustrating to have a roof leak and feel like you're begging a company to call you back so that you can give them work and payment.

Very good business. From contacting them for a quick quote, to having the materials delivered, and the roof finished, was a pleasurable experience. That is until it came time to pay. That may have hurt some. Just teasing! Burch Roofing gave us a very reasonable quote. And I might add stuck to it. Their crew came, worked all day. then worked past the time I thought they might knock off. Kept the old materials picked up. Did not leave any of their personal trash. Burch Roofing recently replaced the roof on our house, and we are very, very pleased with the work! We have two styles of roofs on our house (shingled gables and sloped/membrane) and they did a beautiful job replacing both. They also addressed a leaking porch roof problem due to poor and non-existent flashing, and our porch roof is now completely leak free! They also did a wonderful job cleaning up the property when they were done. Most importantly, they return all phone calls and arrive as scheduled! We highly recommend them!
