Whereas pitched roof are built with an incline, flat roofs are almost completely level, and are commonly used in traditional or classic architecture. Flat roofs consist of two layers: an under layer and a top coat, and are constructed using a combination of PVC, asphalt, tar, thermoplastic, or rubber.

We developed an ice dam after this past storm. I noticed wet spots on my ceiling this morning. I call Burke Roofing. He sent a crew right away. They were professional, cleaned roof of snow, placed chemical, and to my surprise they cleaned all the walkways and areas from the fallen snow. The ice is about melted and continues to melt. I am VERY pleased.

Nothing but good things to say. He accurately estimated when he could start. He provided a competitive estimate. He sent a small army to replace the roof shingles who got it done exactly how long he thought it would take. He charged exactly what he estimated. And finally, the crew did a great job cleaning up after.
