The Kathol Family has been roofing in the northwest since 1953. 3-D Roof Systems and our staff have been in the Roofing, Waterproofing, Architectural Sheet Metal industry since 1953. It began with C.W. Kathol and Kathol Enterprises, and continued with Dale and Darrel Kathol, who had been working together with their family in roofing since childhood and through school. In 1969, Darrel left for the Navy, and Dale continued in the trade, where he still works today, working and growing with the industry for more than 40 years.

3-D Roof Systems handled the full replacement of the roof of my townhouse this summer (2021), and we couldn't be happier. The work was thorough and efficient, and the end result looks great. Plus, the total cost came in the same as the original estimate! With all the rain and windstorms so far this season, I'm really glad we went with 3-D Roof Systems for this project.

Watching these guys now, up on my rooftop smoking like chimneys. Yesterday I watched them drop a couple of propane tanks two stories into gravel. Notified their office, Justin told me they were empty, and that propane tanks are double wall, blah blah blah. What an IDIOT, everybody knows propane tanks should never be so abused, very disappointing. I had a feeling it was going to be bad as their first day here there were styrofoam blocks falling from the rooftop falling on cars, and breaking into little pieces blowing around everywhere. If what I've observed is any sort of representation of the business as a whole, BEWARE, STAY AWAY!

Terrible customer service. I had a leak in the roof near the chimney. Someone from 3-D Roofing came out, (I was not at home), patched a small crack on the chimney and what looks like an attempt at patching some flashing around the base of the chimney, but it didn't stick. I could not get any response from the company, called every couple of days to no avail.
They finally emailed me an invoice for $350 and told me I needed work on the chimney. This was after two weeks, and numerous phone calls in which I spoke to three different people. Ironically their invoice stated I needed to pay them at my earliest convenience! I would stay far away from this company!

Dale and his team were amazing! I had a high end home in Medina that was leaking under the covered patio and was supposed to start showing the following Monday! He came out the same day I called him and gave me a thorough assessment of what he thought needed to be done in order to completely solve my problem. The very next morning a two man team came out and worked all day until the job was done and communicated with me along the way.
One of the guys even helped me push a VERY heavy garbage can up the steep driveway because he noticed I was struggling! The service was excellent, all the people I dealt with were genuinely helpful and the price was great. I will be calling 3-D Roof Systems for any of my roofing needs in the future!
