From the initial phone call to completion, Roof Medic's experience and professionalism shined. Emma was my point of contact and she did a fantastic job guiding me through the red tape of insurance, answering all of my questions, and always with a smile. They should be your first phone call.they were mine and I'm so glad I did.

We have a 20 yr old house and the roof to go with it. Emma from Roof Medic came out and did a thorough analysis of the entire roof within an hour of touching base with her. She gave us all the details of what we needed to fix now and what could wait just a couple more years until we replace the entire roof. I felt very comfortable in not only planning for the short term work but also planning for them to do the new roof when the time comes. Emma also evaluated the roof for possible hail damage which might qualify for insurance. I highly recommend not only Roof Medic, but also Emma!

A friend of the family recommended The Roof Medic to me and I'm so glad they did! I called to set up an appointment for a roof inspection and they had someone out very quickly. Pat showed up at me door, explained the steps in the inspection process and seemed very knowledgeable with all things roofing. He was able to put my mind at ease immediately.

He took lots of pictures and notes and from there has handled everything through my insurance company. The entire team at Roof Medic was a pleasure to work with! Incredibly efficient from start to finish. I submitted an online inquiry over the weekend, and I had my inspection already scheduled the following Monday. My inspector Nick was ultra efficient and helpful - he gave me a clear rundown of the entire process, and was super responsive every step along the way.

Once the materials arrived, I was scheduled right away for a time convenient for my schedule, and the entire job was completed in one (long) day! Chris, the Production Manager, was also helpful in ensuring the roof installation went smoothly, extra materials were picked up quickly, and things were left neat and tidy. Roof Medic was recommended to us by our insurance agent when we had significant damage following a wind storm. Nick Stewart, who we worked with from day one was extremely professional, responsive & easy to work with. We ended up replacing all of our gutters and downspouts along with a full roof replacement, which included a new metal roof above our front porch. Nick was great about coming to the house he even worked with me to come out to meet the insurance agent. Since it was snowy the insurance agent didn't want to go up to look at the roof so Nick went up for him and took pictures which helped the process not get delayed. I cannot thank Roof Medic enough. Julian came out to inspect our roof that had a lot of moss growing on it due to very large oak trees shading the property. We were sure we would need to replace it soon but we didn't realize we had storm damage as well. He thoroughly walked us through the insurance claim process and even came out the day the adjuster was here.

Our roof ended up being covered by insurance! What a blessing that was for us old retired folks. They estimated that they would possibly need two days to complete the job but they were able to finish in one very full day. It was starting to get dark when they were cleaning up which may be the reason for my only complaint. We have found to date 24 roofing nails on the asphalt driveway. I'm just hoping that none find their way into our tires or any visitors we have. I would still highly recommend Roof Medic.

Here is the best part.another company came out prior to Roof Medic and gave me an estimate "through the roof". a lot of upselling, add ons and maybe some exaggerations. Roof Medic helped me determine what was a major issue that had to be addressed immediately and what could wait. I really liked that approach.

Roof Medic helped get my insurance company to pay for full roof and full siding replacement after a storm damaged both. They understand what the insurance company needs and interacted directly with the insurance company to make sure they paid for what our coverage dictated. The siding was cedar shake and Roof Medic did a great job replacing it, despite the challenging nature of installing such siding on our house that has many many gables and corners that are not at 90-degree angles.

Roof Medic met on site with multiple parties to ensure a successful and professional job, including a representative for the supplier of our unusual siding. They communicated with us often throughout the process. We're extraordinarily happy with the results. The roof and siding look great!

Our home is relatively new yet we had a pretty bad roof leak. A restoration company sent out a roofing company that didn't detect the issue. Another company came out but the communication was poor and it's still raining and water was still coming in. Thank goodness for a friend who referred you! Nick came out, got on the roof, spotted the problem and we should be good to go. Will definitely refer them to all we know! He initially came out and checked my roof, attic, ceilings, etc. and then he came back the very next day and met with my insurance adjuster to ensure I got a fair review. Once approved, he took the time to go over several samples, colors, and options available to me. He's a friend now and he's welcome to stop by anytime lol. Dave was my on-site rep the day of the roof installation and he and his team showed up on time ready to go to work.

When I got home I had a new roof, my driveway was clear and there was not a nail in sight. They did an awesome job. He notified me as needed throughout the day of their progress and I didn't have a thing to worry about. Lastly, Alexis was the voice over the phone that called me and provided updates and confirmations throughout my service. I really appreciated how she stayed on top of everything.

We have needed help twice With roofing issues and have, after much research, deliberated and reached out to the roof medic. We were extremely pleased with every aspect of their help and service. Having used many services recently, I can tell you that they have gone above and beyond and were not only punctual, responsive, and did an excellent job with the repair, but I also took pictures so that I could see exactly what needed to be done and Julian thoroughly explained the process, cost, and set realistic expectations.

He also went above and beyond to do a little more than I asked and all for no extra charge. I was overwhelmed with his kindness and professionalism, which typically is not in existence in the service industry today. You know how when you go through a drive-thru window at a fast food place and when you pull away and look in the bag your order is messed up? Not the case with The Roof Medic, you get what you ordered each and every time. They replaced our entire roof and gutters on our office a few months back. Just this week they came out to the house and did a repair job where we had a leak.

Both jobs done as described, no surprises. Alexis who works in the office and I think has four arms and four ears will assist with insurance claims and help guide you through the process. Our insurance company didn't offer to pay for some "code" items and Alexis made it happen. Jordan is the owner and is a veteran which is a bonus. Jordan Cox from Roof Medic is an honest, knowledgeable, hard working roofing professional which is somewhat rare to find these days. Roof Medic helped us through a difficult insurance claim process and made the entire process easy. We would have never gotten our insurance company to pay our claim without the guidance of Roof Medic. For details, read below: Jordan from Roof Medic inspected our roof and found extensive hail and wind damage sufficient enough to warrant an insurance claim for full replacement. However, our insurance company required some convincing.

Our insurance company initially denied the claim and Roof Medic instructed us on what our next course of action should be which was to ask for a 2nd evaluation. The 2nd evaluation was only slightly more productive, so Roof Medic advised us to ask for a 3rd inspection. When our insurance company refused to conduct a 3rd inspection, Roof Medic advised us of an independent special report that would put an end to the denials of our claim.

It worked immediately and our insurance company paid not only the claim for full replacement, but they also covered the cost associated with the special report. Again, we would have never gotten our insurance company to pay the claim without the guidance of Jordan at Roof Medic which saved us over $23,000. As soon as our insurance company told us they were processing the claim for full replacement Jordan helped us pick shingle type and color, then secured the work schedule.

The work was completely quickly (finished in 2 days), and we have received several compliments from our admiring neighbors. I have been through a roof replacement at my previous home, and Roof Medic is the best in my experience. JW

I cannot say enough good things about The Roof Medic. My house was hit hard by hail and wind damage. My insurance company denied my claim.despite every other house on my street getting a new roof. The first roofer that gave me an estimate did not return any of my calls or texts once he found out I had been denied and was trying to appeal. I am so grateful that I was referred to Jordan and The Roof Medic.

Before Jordan had any contract with me or promise of a dollar to be made.he spent significant time with me 1.) inspecting my roof (he is part billy goat by the way he scale roofs by the way) 2.) explaining specifics as to why my roof sustained damage and why a drone (the way my adjuster did my first inspection) would not capture the expanse of damage and 3.)EMPOWERED me with the technical knowledge of how to advocate for my appeal.

He was essential in my navigation of the appeal. We needed a fast reroofing job done for a rental house. We checked around while wanting to keep the job sourced locally.
