United Union Of Roofers Local No 154 Read current and past issues of our quarterly journal, The Journeyman Roofer & Waterproofer. The solutions (higher pay, reducing performance tracking/quotas) to Amazon's labor crisis are blatantly laid out in this memo. Amazon would rather lose market share than do the right thing for its workers. Congratulations Sister Monroe on being the first woman in Local 70 to successfully complete the apprenticeship program!

Hopefully you are leading the way for many more women who are interested in an apprenticeship with the Roofers & Waterproofers.
Services
The union represents members who apply all types of roofing and waterproofing systems, including but not limited to: all low-sloped roofing systems (vegetative and solar photovoltaic roofs), structural waterproofing, steep-sloped roofing systems, air barrier applications, and building envelopes. Roofs have been necessary since our ancestors first stepped out of their caves and began building shelters using indigenous materials.
Roofers & Waterproofers face many hazards, such as falls, burns, electrocutions, chemical exposures, RF exposures and hoisting accidents. Safety and health programs benefit everyone in the roofing industry-workers stay alive and well, employers' costs are kept down for insurance, lost time on the job is reduced, and customers are pleased that the job is completed professionally and on time. Through the years, the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration, state safety agencies and employers have set safety rules.
Roth Bros., Inc., a leading national provider of roofing services, is hiring Roofing Service Technicians in all areas of the U.S. Duties include completing commercial roof maintenance inspections, evaluations, and repairs for national account customers. Position includes company truck, gas card, iPad and training.
One of the most important long-range goals for you and your family is to prepare for financial security throughout your retirement. For decades, the goal of the National Roofing Industry Pension Fund (NRIPF) has been to provide and protect your retirement benefits. About 75% of all union roofers currently work under contracts covered by the NRIPF, which consists of the National Roofing Industry Pension Plan (NRIPP) and the National Roofing Industry Supplemental Pension Plan (NRISPP).To learn about the NRIPP and NRISPP eligibility requirements and benefits, you may contact the Fund office (or visit nripf.com).

They are rubbish, I worked for 2 years with the union and I had an accident working for the union and because of that accident I can no longer work with them because it resulted in disabilities after the accident and now that I asked if they could give me what they had collected And now he tells me that I do not qualify that I have to work longer when I already told them that I was disabled in truth this entity is not about to help just by stealing from people
