Excellent Service with a beautiful result. Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof installation

Critical: Responsiveness Called for an estimate. Woman who answered phone set a day and time, which was a no show. Called the next day and left a message. No return call. Nothing. Not a word. If this is how they work, stay away. should of read the reviews first.

Run, don't walk, but run to another roofing company. Very friendly and courteous at the outset but I had to chase them to get information which was typically wrong. Signed a contract in March and was told it would take 6 weeks until work started but the install date kept moving. I cancelled once the date was moved again to mid-July. They blamed the weather and then the virus. I was always courteous and patient with them but the old man hung up on me when I called to complain.

Critical: Professionalism You are continuing to do residential roofing work during a statewide shutdown. Please cease operations immediately.

I called DeFrehn roofing out to evaluate an issue I had with a roof which was replaced in the fall and still leaking. I explained this to them on the phone and as soon as I started explaining this to the person who came out he immediately said "sorry, I don't want to get involved" and became VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Wasted my time and are obviously not confident in their work if they aren't even willing to look at a job.

They are the most honest roofing contractors I've ever dealt with. Family owned and ran. Thank you

Did not even show up to give an estimate, what a waste of time, been waiting for 4 days to get an estimate, took off from work to be at home, but a no show. Called them to find out when is the person coming and they tell me there is a mix up and we can re-schedule. I'd rather go with some one who doesn't believe in wasting time, will have to find someone else.

I had an appt for an estimate on my roof. David came with a folder detailing costs and listened to my concerns. He answered my questions and gave me a few suggestions, but most importantly indicated that at this time, it was not necessary to replae the roof. I had no evidence of leaks or problems but was being preemptive. He said that I cold expect to get more years out of the roof and to think about replacing at that point.

I appreciated his honesty in not trying to sell me such a big purchase I didnt need at this time. i definitely will keep them in mind and my estimate on hand when its time for any roof repair or replacement.

We had our roof replaced after a few leaks sprung over the past couple of years. The team was open and honest about the best choice-from repairing to replacing. I highly recommend this team. They completed the work in a timely manner while making as little mess as possible.
