Avanti Roofing

Avanti roofing is not good at all. We have a warranty on our roof and cannot get in contact with anyone from the company. I have called numerous times and left messages with no response.

Avanti Roofing did our roof about 15 years ago and still looks beautiful. The quality of workmanship was superb and Steve and his man were very professional. I just had him come back to repair a section that was damaged by broken tree branch and even though the job was small he was eager to help. I would highly recommend Steve and his company for any roofing projects you may have.

It must be very easy to write "Avanti returns all incoming calls" especially when you are not the one answering the phone. We are Avanti customers. We had a new roof installed 3 or 4 years ago and have new water damage since then. We've been trying to get in touch with someone for three weeks. I called and left a message, no answer. My husband called and left a message - no answer.

I followed up again and spoke with a woman who was going to get back to me with dates and times for appointment, again - never heard from them. This is a service existing clients receive.

Was in need of a roofer March 2011 was happy to have found a local guy. Until they never returned our phone call after speaking to someone who said they would. I can understand you being busy but good customer service dictates that you return a phone call letting someone know that. Must be nice not to need to work! I suggest you find a roofer who actually wants to work. After calling 4 different roofers we found a more reputable co who came out the same day. Don't waste your time with Avanti
