This company did an excellent repair job for a friend. I was worried about damage to my roof after a storm. I called this company to come out and do an assessment. He gave us an appointment really quick and arrived on time. He did an assessment and said the roof didn't require repair - not a lot of roofing companies would do this. This company has earned my trust and I look forward to using them in future for any roofing needs.

I had my roof replaced after some hail damage along with being 17 years old. LSDG did a Great job and their support was spot on. They even assisted with having my fence cleaned and restained. They worked with my insurance company which made it even easier for us. I like the way the venting is built on the top of the roof too. I recommended LSDG to my mother in-law also, and they replaced her roof as well. I will use them again in the future.

I just had LSDG replace my roof and re-stain my fence. My experience was nothing but great with them. The roof looks great, the fence looks great, and they negotiated with my insurance company to get the claim increased to cover the items the adjuster missed. I also have a lot of sheet metal installed by a pest control company around the roof because of rodents that were getting in my attic.

My pest control company told me to contact them once the roof was replaced and they would inspect and fix the metal flashing. They came out and inspected and told me "you have a great roofer" because all the flashing was put right back where it belonged and they didn't have to fix anything. They will definitely be my go-to roofer from now on.

Just had these guys come to my door at 8:00pm. When I told them I wasn't interested, they threw their card on the ground in front of my house. Pick some who has a little more respect for personal property.

Our roof had an ongoing leak and LSDG actually showed up to assess it which is more than we can say for other roofers in area. They showed up when they said they would and did everything as discussed. Austin was very helpful. They figured out the problem and had it fixed within days of the initial contact. The crew was very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with our transaction with LSDG. They were easy to work with and we plan to use them again should we need their services.

These thieves will steal from anybody they still from their contractors their salesman and even their customers. I have talked to several people in my neighborhood in Plano Texas and they stole from six customers and they still need their rooms done. I've also found some quality salesman honest people that of been ripped off by this company. The only reason why I gave them one star is because because I can't give them anything less. It's amazing how they still stay in business. For anybody thinking about using this company think again it ain't worth the risk.

Excellent experience with this company! Had roof fixed, they did a terrific job. Two years later the drywall around my skylight had a leak. I called LSDG and they took care of it promptly with no hassles and free of charge. Would definitely recommend this company!

IN MY OPINION, and based on my personal experience, LSDG = LYING and DECEPTION! If I could rate with negative stars, I would. This company has been a nightmare. Like another reviewer, I thought I was making a responsible choice by choosing a local roofing company. As it turns out, this couldn't be further from the truth. How these guys are still in business is beyond my comprehension.

To make a very long story somewhat short, I'll sum it up: I was assured, IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS, that they would complete the work for only the amount received from my insurance company. This was the EXACT verbiage that was used by Ron at LSDG, and was reiterated multiple times. Multiple times! As you can guess, they went back on their word and are trying to squeeze an additional $2600+ from me.

They flat-out lied. Period. Not only are they trying to bully me, but they never completed the work for which they billed my insurance company. To top it off, they have placed a lien against my house. Yes, you read that correctly. I intend to contact an attorney to discuss my options. I fear I will end up having to pay, as Ron's verbal assurances were not in the contract. (Bad on me!) I thought I could trust them, and take their word as the truth.

Not so. The grand total will end up being over $9k for a 1300 sq ft, single story, simple roof (shingles only!) on a 1971 low ranch style house. This alone should scare you away from this sad excuse for a business. In addition, my neighbor has also had to threaten them w legal action, and is still also waiting for the job to be finished. It's been going on since March of 2016. My opinion of this company and its representatives could not be lower. P.S. Billy and Ron, you should be ashamed of yourselves!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will not care about you or your home. If I could give this company a zero, I would. We started working with them to replace our roof, window screens, front door, and garage door due to hail damage. It has been a year and a half and the work is NOT complete. Here are the issues we had: -They didn't install gutters around the entire house, which was promised when we paid the deductible. -They didn't improve flashing over the bay windows, although that was promised when we initially started the process. -They dented an exhaust vent on the exterior of the roof, which caused our heater to stop working because carbon monoxide was not able to exit the home.

I -They didn't replace the front door, which was another part of the project that the insurance paid for. They said they couldn't replace the door because the frame was rotted, which is entirely untrue. The truth is that they couldn't replace the door because the holes in the door they brought didn't line up with the holes in the door frame, and because the project had taken so long, the insurance claim was closed and they could no longer get additional funds to cover additional work necessary to replace the door. -They showed up to replace the roof without letting us know they would be here, and we were out of town.

On top of all of this, I received my final invoice on February 22, then I contacted them on February 28th to discuss the problems, then on March 2nd I received a lien affidavit. Their work ethic is the bottom of the bottom.

I am a Real Estate Agent here in Allen - My buyers needed a quote done ASAP - I called 2 other roofers before I called LSDG and was told they were too busy. I called LSDG, spoke with Brenda at 10am - she had someone ON the roof by 12:00! SAME DAY! I am thrilled, my clients are thrilled and the sellers are happy that we can continue with the contract. THANK YOU LSDG. You will be my 1st call for now on!

I've used LSDG for roof hail damage. I like that they are from Allen which is nearby. They even met with the insurance company when they said we only needed a partial replacement. We got the entire roof replaced thanks to their intervention. I highly recommend them.

I discussed this situation with LSDG roofing and we are square at this time. I feel this has been a very difficult situation and probably not the normal process. They contacted me to alleviate some of my major concerns. Bad experiences with these guys as follows: The took from April claim date to end of August to do some of the work requested. Other priorities were more important than my house.

They did not follow up with me on delays or why months would go by with no progress. They fired the project leader on my project with no notice to me about what was going on. In fact, he seemed surprised when I was still trying to find out why my work was not done. They lied about following up on work that still remains undone. I have to get the work done now with other companies, they still have not followed up to get this settled other than getting money out of me.

They lied about holding a check we were arguing about. They claimed I owed them an additional 2K that was not in the contract. They said they would hold the check and get back with me after the weekend. They deposited the check immediately and never follow up. I received a threat of a lien on my house from a supply company who said they were never paid for materials used on my roof well after I had paid this company 10K for repairs already done. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any contractor.

We have always experienced excellent service and quality work! Located right here in Allen, they are always quick to get to a job and they also have crews that go out into the metroplex. Thanks for being a high quality and honest organization.

Original contact was great after our hail damage. Work seemed to be of good quality. Bill Mitchell and his crew seemed experienced and qualified. Now, just three-four years after work was performed, we have leaks in our roof and our paint job is falling apart. 3-4 years may seem like a lot of time after the fact, but they have a written guarantee of 7 years, which they greatly underscore in their sales pitch.

After many emails, texts and even a legal letter, NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. Very disappointed in a company we once trusted and recommended to many of our friends. My advice: Find someone else.

We called LSDG based on a referral from a friend. He had a great experience with them, so we gave them a shot. My wife was initially hesitant, but when Manny came out and sat down with us, she could quickly see they were the right choice. We had a couple of other written estimates, including the one from the insurance adjuster. Manny documented things that had been missed, including gutters, fence and downspouts, also a flat roof over the veranda that the adjuster had dismissed.

Their team went to work for us and the additional pieces were accepted and included in the claim, a check from the insurance company arrived 4 days later. By the way, if you are looking for the best insurance team in town, call Brad Hempkins at Hempkins Insurance. They wrote us on Safeco and that made all the difference. They replaced our roof one day, our gutters and downspouts the next.

The yard was cleaned, the debris hauled away and their guys even replaced burnt out light bulbs high on the second story! We are sold on their service. I can highly recommend them~!

DISHONEST, UNDERHANDED AND DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. After getting quotes from three different roofing companies I decided to sign the contract to re-roof our house with LSDG Roofing. Unfortunately, I was the only party that was honoring the contract signed by both LSDG and myself. Despite the fact that our contract said all money will be paid in full AFTER satisfactory completion of the roof, LSDG repeatedly demanded that they be paid up front for the work!

At first, they were very subtle about it, then after delay after delay starting the project, I could tell that there was pressure being put on the salesman from above, so I spoke with the owner and explained why I would not pay up front (and specifically why that verbiage was in the contract) and he seemed to understand and agree. The next morning I found out that they had attempted to circumvent me (and our contract) and contact the owners father in CA to attempt to get a CREDIT CARD payment - The father had no clue what he was talking about.

Once I discovered the UNETHICAL attempt to get money from someone that wasn't party to the contract, going against their word and THEIR contract, I immediately contacted them to cancel the contract. I very professionally explained why this needed to happen, the owner decided it was time to insult me by calling me a few choice words prior to our parting ways.

I am not sure if there is financial issues going on there or what, but they used SHADY AND UNDERHANDED PRACTICES THROUGHOUT OUR SHORT EXPERIENCE WITH THEM - I WOULD NOT ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO USE LSDG ROOFING. Long time Allen Resident

We paid a premium price for our roof thinking we'd be safe going with a local company but we've recently had issues with LSDG not wanting to honor their warranty. We discovered our roof was leaking and it took them over a month just to get a crew onsite to make any repairs. They seem to have lost the sales team and crews who we worked with a year ago.

Bottom line they're over priced and cannot be trusted to honor their warranty. They tend to only communicate via email and seem to have an issue speaking with women. They have been very condescending to my wife to the point that I had to ask one of their representatives to leave our property.
