This is the only space where I found the owner responding to customer concerns. I am asking the owner to contact me. Clearly, I am not happy with my Tesla Solar Roof Installation or performance. I have attempted to contact Mr. Kelly several times, but he is completely unavailable. Before I post my final review, I want to discuss matters with him personally. Should that happen I will update this review.

Very responsive and professional. I wll use Kelly Roofing for all future projects.

Terrible experience with this company. Removed the tile roof from my home before they had materials to replace it. Took two months to complete repair. Meanwhile roof leaked in every room in my home and in the garage and my insurance was canceled because I did not have a roof. Replacement insurance cost twice what renewal would have cost. Also drove trucks on my lawn causing ruts. And gave me the run around for months. Don't believe the hype. Not a good company.

Kelly Roofing just completed another job for us and we couldn't be more pleased. From our first contact with Dimitri our project manager to our contacts with Miltons crew, everything was perfect. After the job was done there was a call from Jorge the project supervisor to make sure we were happy. Everyone explained what they were doing, did it right and on time. There are no surprises with Kelly and we wouldn't consider using another company for our roofing needs.

This company is extraordinary. They efficiently corrected several construction defects on my roof. When they finished the roof was watertight and the property was spotless. Their office staff is always responsive. They have my unconditional recommendation.

I have had Cara provide work on my roof 3 times now and she is professional and thorough (Inspection prior to purchase, needed repairs, solar panel removal). I have been very satisfied with them which is why I keep returning. I found their communication excellent with photos or videos of all work performed.

We have used Kelly Roofing for several projects: replacement roof, repair and power washing. They are professional and consistently meet our expectations. I would definitely recommend them.

These guys are the best. I was blown away by the service -- Photos and communications sent nearly daily of the progress. Highly recommend!

Don't use this company. My roof started leaking after four years. They came out and said there were places is in that we not done correctly they would make repairs. They never called back I went to the company and Joe Kelly came out and said he looked at their pictures they took and said it was hurricane damage from three years ago. How did he determine that with pictures.

Especially since it's a flat rubber roof My contract says they use treated lumber and all of the boards are rotting and leaking. Under the gutters. Less than four years later! They said they would be happy to come out and quote me on a new roof!

So unhappy with entire experience. took 6 months from contract to final inspection. Covered my outdoor plants with plastic in the August hot heat and burned them up. 4 months of no return calls! Inspection failed, I called because hurricane weather was coming, to ask if roof was going to be okay through storm.no return call. They put shingles on without proper inspection, had to wait for them to hire an engineer to inspect and send proper report to city (which took 2 1/2 months).

Receive final inspection on Thursday and the next day I receive notice of Intent to Lien.they said substantial work was completed and they wanted balance of $4,106. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE USING THIS COMPANY.

Hired them to put suntubes in my home in August 2020. The first 3 went in correctly the 4th one they cut the hole too big. Had to wait for someone else to come and correct the error. This was after many phone calls to the office. After that they expected US to paint the ceiling where they had to add sheetrock. They agreed to repaint the ceiling, told them exactly what color and bought whatever cheap paint. Needless to say it didn't match. Had them come back because they didn't do something right on the roof, and to repaint.

Again the wrong color. We set appointments 4 different times, finally in November 2020 someone finally came to paint the ceiling. Meanwhile they put a lein on our home because we wouldnt pay until the job was done. Today 12/10/20 they have not removed the lein. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They have installed the same skylight twice and it is literally falling out of the ceiling into our home the day after installation. We have an infant that was literally crawling underneath it as it started to fall out. They performed the work without having an approved permit from the county. They didn't tell the contractor about the project until after the skylights were installed (per the contractor).

Which created a 2 week delay to finish the project. Contractor was great by the way. 10/10 would recommend Geoff the contractor. NEW (11/10/20): went to clean bird poop off the skylight and found one skylight not secured. The bottom screws were not installed and left to sit on the roof. This will now be the FOURTH time they come out for the skylights. See photos Update For Readers: This is the only company on Yelp I've given 1 star. Photos don't lie.

They gave us a fair bid, showed up on time, were courteous, and their workmanship seems terrific. Very satisfied and would recommend.

Stay clear of this place! They started wood on my roof and now are saying they have to wait to have someone come out to to finish the job. I was told this would only take 3 to 4 days. We are on day 3 and now being told it could take weeks before someone is able to complete the job. What?! 12k for what exactly? The customer service is horrible. The communication is horrible.

I took off of work a week because I was told it would be completed this week. They also never called to inform us of any updates. Just shows up unannounced. This place is a joke. Stay clear! I'm sure there's great reviews are paid for. Check Yelp for actual customer reviews. Its horrendous. Wish I would have seen that sooner. Save your time and money go elsewhere.

Cannot recommend. We had issues as the job was unfolding and no one was returning our calls. My husband expressed our frustration with the owner and things were finally taken care of. Fast forward over a year and a half later, the skylight we had replaced is leaking! And that work has only a year warranty. Shocking, right?! Par for the course when dealing with them. N O T G O O D

So far I am very pleased with the folks at Kelly Roofing. They have walked me through the insurance process and now we are halfway done with our new roof. I want to highlight Jesus Hernandez and his whole crew of roofers, who removed the old tiles, replaced the rotting plywood and even picked up after themselves. They meticulously searched for nails on my drive way and washed off debris with the a water hose. I am looking forward to the next stage of the job!

My son's house was severely damaged during Irma. We have had to work with several contractors and most have been good. Kelly is definitely on that list. They are professional and keep in contact with you. The pricing is fair. I highly recommend them.

Kelly did a stand up job for us! We had suntubes installed. Kelly was there when they said they were going to be there and their employees were pleasant. There was a repair that they needed to make after the job was done unrelated to the sun tubes and they were very responsive and had a wonderful general contractor finish the job. Their follow up to make sure we were satisfied was very good. I would recommend this company.

This was my response to their comment: Mr. Kelly, 1.) If your statement is true and they had no other option, why did your workers remove all the screws? Is my roofing not attached at all now? 2.) We asked that ALL the fascia be replaced and that is what we expected to happen as it was the one aspect of the job that the insurance company was going to cover. 3.) No one from your office ever offered to cover the pool cleaning.

You can verify this if you check my emails. 4.) We have completed the clean up ourselves and I have never refused a phone call from your office. I have a log of all correspondence (including emails) with your office and will gladly provide it to you. 5.) Yes, your crews did come and clean the discoloration. However, these discolorations continue to happen. The photos of the discoloration were taken yesterday (6/12/19) at 8:08 am.

One star for finishing the job and for the job itself because I really like Frank. They do their job, but it took a year and a half to start the job since we signed the contract. They said that they will start in December 2018 (we have to wait 9 month just to start the job) and they started in March 2019 (4 months later). After they finish they sent me the last invoice due the same day without received the check from the insurance company yet.

At the beginning they said they will take car of the insurance but this is FALSE. They don't deal with them! After two weeks accounting start making phone calls while I was trying to get the check from the insurance company. After 30 days they call me because they will put a lien on the house. The accounting people are very aggressive and they scream on you if they can.

Really rude! Finally I have to pay with my money the last 2 invoices for 18K and I'm still dealing with the insurance and my mortgage company. Thank you Kelly Roofing, I wait 18 months for you and you cannot wait 60 days for your last payment (before they start the job you have to pay 75% of the job). They DON'T CARE about if you have the Insurance check or not and they don't care if you have to wait a year in a half to fix your roof. Accounting people are really rude. I'll not give any good referral to anyone about Kelly Roofing. THE MONEY IS THE MANAGER!

Quality reroof, quick and easy to work with. Kelly Roofing reroofed my home and shop. The old roofs were worn-out asphalt shingle, the new ones are steel. I'm very pleased with the work. They are a well established company in the Naples-Fort Myers area. The permitting, the tear-off and the new roof installation all went well. The crew was hard-working and experienced.

As you might expect, the tear-off can get messy, but these folks covered everything before starting. Their clean-up efforts were also appreciated. The new roofs look great. The county inspector said he never has any problems with Kelly and that Kelly is among the best roofers he deals with.

1/31/19 Hello Ken Kelly, This is regarding 630 Murex Drive-Naples, 34102. I need to talk to YOU! Yelp seems to be the place that you monitor and I need to get to someone with authority. I have paid all but the last payment and today I received a notice of lien, a lien fee bill and a bill for an emergency repair. There is a reason I have withheld the last payment.

I want the problem fixed! I have spoken to so many people in your billing department and your service crews about the lingering leak problem. This was CAUSED when you tore the old roof off and "dried it in". It was obviously not "dry" enough. You did send someone for an "emergency repair" at that time, and it helped some, but it still leaks after a hard rain, because of standing water on an area that had been been slightly sloped before the old roof was removed, but now it is flat.

Everyone has agreed they understand the problem and will open a new case and send someone, but no one has come to fix it. It took nearly a year for you to finish my roof and I have your last payment waiting to give you. I want to close out this chapter of my life as much as Kelly Roofing does. But why would I send my last payment if I can't get anywhere with this problem?

Would YOU, not Cherry or Stefania or Natalie. YOU.please call me so I can explain this to you. I assume you speak English, know roofing inside-out, and would understand what the remaining problem is, and have the authority to have it fixed. I have told Line-Item, your inside repair service, to hold off fixing my studio ceiling because water still comes in.

This is in my office & work area, and i have to keep plastic sheets over some of my equipment because I never know when it will leak again. After all this time, besides having a ruined ceiling and plastic-wrapped equipment, I fear mold. Please call me at 239-434-0685 so we can talk. Never call, just show up unannounced when they feel like it. Had roofing repairs and gutters installed. Roof repairs, included replacing and repairing damaged tile and replacement of rotted wood. Both aspects of the job required repeated fixes. Wrote to president of the company twice. He never responded by return email or a phone call. Very disappointing.

Top 100 roofing contractor? No way! Update: Its now been a week since Kelly roofing failed to show up for a scheduled appointment 10/10. Called Monday 10/15 and was promised a call back. Its now Thursday 10/18. Very interesting that this review does not show up and is hidden. Yelp must think this review is a rant. Perhaps I should post work photos and videos to prove my negative review. I note that there are more hidden negative reviews than listed positive reviews.

I had an inspection on July 14th. I gave the okay based on the estimate to fix my flatroof that same evening. Despite numerous calls and emails no one responded to give me a time frame on when it would be completed. A month later I finally got through to them and was told they would be there on August 31. Then it was postponed everyday and the most recent date I was told was September 5th.

But no one came and no call to postpone. Then I was stuck in hurricane Irma with my already leaking flatroof. I was lucky the whole thing did not rip off. I have tried to contact them many times this past week but no one seems to be working there. I would like my roof fixed before the next hurricane. Save yourself some trouble, and find a different company that cares about their customers. Kelly roofing will let you down everytime

Do not use this company. The company sales team will tell you any lie they believe will get you to sign a contract. Then the work crew will do whatever they think is the easiest and fastest way to "complete" the job. Quality of workmanship doesn't matter to them. When you question them about what is going on, all of a sudden, their comprehension of English becomes very poor. Avoid this scam company at all costs.

I made multiple appointments. They never showed up. They do not respond to phone calls or emails in a timely fashion. Wasted my time. They obviously don't need the business. Don't hire this company.

Kelly did repairs on my roof right before i closed on the purchase of my new home. Since June 5, 2017, I have been trying to get them to fix the damaged gutters from their ladders for 4 months now. It took them a week to respond to my message. They don't answer their phones and it takes a few days to return phone calls. What is crazy is my realtor said they have a great reputation but i haven't seen it.

They have had a crew out here 5 times over 4 months and still have yet to correctly seal between my gutter and the splash guard. They have fixed 2 of the three damaged areas. They must be slammed with new business for them to run it like this and still be in business. The owner or at least the person who manages the yelp page usually takes time to publicaly respond to my yelp complaint and claim the rain is the issue with the schedule.

They should call me and get someone that can fix the issues. Now they have had 5 attempts without rain and still not fixed? Look in the "pictures" section and you will see my home with the ladder leaning against the gutter and another with a closeup of the gutter leaking. Call the phone number for Kelly and if they don't have the time to answer they probably won't take the time to fix things they do wrong just like in my situation. Still waiting Kelly?
