We had roof damage related to ice and weather. Jeff came out and gave us an estimate. We told him we wanted to proceed with the repair. This was early spring and he told us he could "fit" us in between some other jobs and get it done by the end of summer. We didn't hear or see them again. We called in August and we were told they would get someone out right away.

Another month goes by and no one shows. We called several more times and left messages and never heard back. We really wanted to use a local contractor but this was not the contractor to call. Very disappointing.

Had an existing metal roof replaced with standing seam. They arrived when they said they would, completed the job faster than I expected and left the place as they had found it. Very happy with the experience. Service: Roof installation

Scheduled day to begin, we removed all wall art and breakable and went to work. No show. No call. So we wait. And wait. Two weeks later I put everything back up on the walls and shelves. Call. No reply. Call again. Reply is flu went through the crew.so you can not call your customers?! Really. Finally show without calling to say they were coming. Come home from work and the breakage is crushing.

Say they leave a clean work site. Four 5 gallon buckets of nails and staples we raked off the lawn. Dissappeared before the job was done. Sent nasty bills that payment was due. Took a year to get them to come back and finish the dormers. Now the shingles they installed have failed and a new roof is needed.

Responsive and responsible, and they do good work. Recently made some small repairs to a roof several years old, honoring the warranty without question. A good, ethical company.

Professional company. We moved into a home in W. Lebanon with a roof installed by HP Roofing approximately two years earlier. After winter, we noticed a small area of roof heave and HP Roofing came out to inspect (on a Friday evening too)! Two weeks later, they fixed the roof issue, no hassle or questions asked. I was impressed.

I am hoping to hear back soon from the owner so we can resolve a problem from our initial roof installation. Have high hopes that we can resolve this and we can change our review.

Update! HP Roofing just re shingled an investment home and did it in one day. great job! I have used the services of HP Roofing for over 20 years. In that time they have replaced 7 roofs on my home. 2 with shingles, 4 with durolast, 1 metal. My first experience with a roofer was the classic "Goof on the Roof". I ended up paying for poor quality materials, and they installed over existing shingles that were worn and curled, and did not put in a drip edge. Needless to say it lasted only a few years and the leaks caused damage to the interior of my home in the middle of the winter. Jeff Acker, came in and took care of the issue, added proper drip edges, replaced any rotten wood, added weather shielding, and put in great looking shingles.

That was about 20 years ago and it still looks great. Since then he solved my flat roof issues with durolast material. That has been over 10 years and no issues. The other attempts to fix these roofs only lasted 4 - 5 years before they started to fail. So if you want it done right, quickly, and the site cleaned up like they were never there when done, then you need to have HP Roofing give you a quote.

Hp roofing replaced a large existing roof on my building. The workers were courteous, professional and hard working coming in 7 days a week until the job was done. The price was as quoted and the neighbors have commented on how beautiful the new roof is. The supervisor listened to all my questions and worked with me to satisfy all my concerns. I recommend them for any roofing job.

HP Roofing just finished a roofing repair of replacing two skylights, and fixing some flashing, vents, and replacing standing seam roof where needed. THEY ARE EXCELLENT! They gave a comprehensive quote, came when they said they would, were fast, efficient, and unbelievably professional, and the worksite was spotless. I would recommend this contractor to anyone without hesitation.

HP roofing did a very professional job on my large roof on my home and on my detached garage. They have a large staff and they were all very efficient and hard working. It took about a week to do everything. It rained some during the work but they never left without ensuring that adequate cover was on the working sections. The workers were all friendly and they answered all of my questions.

They cleaned up every day and they never left a mess. I also had them do some carpentry (skylight removal and clapboard replacement of bad boards) and that was also done efficiently and professionally. The quality of the work could not be better. The finished product looks great. The quote was very competitive and fair. HP Roofing was quick and covered every possible thing. I was living in Minneapolis while trying to sell my house in Hanover, NH when a windstorm caused a tree to puncture my roof. Naturally, I needed it repaired right away because we were closing on a sale within a month. Jeff Aker worked closely with me by email and phone to complete the job and to negotiate with my homeowners insurance company. He was honest and trustworthy. You can't go wrong.

I called for a roofing inspection and an appointment was set up. That was two weeks ago, and now I cannot get the owner to call me back. Unsure why.
