C.O. Beck and Sons has been installing EPDM (single ply rubber) roof systems on commercial, residential and public buildings since 1982. In recent years, the spectrum of flat and low-pitched roofing in the Northeast has predominantly moved away from asphalt built up roofs in favor of EPDM roof systems.

I had a roof installed many years ago. at that time another car dealer was also looking for a new roof. i used c o beck and sons. the other car dealer did not. my roof is still in top shape. the other dealer's roof leaks. i used a roofing consultant for specs. co beck exceeded all expectations. Very disappointed in their customer service, called to just get a housing estimate and the gentleman (said his name was Bill) said that he didn't want to waste time on me if I wasn't serious. I am very serious, and I am currently under contract and in the process of trying to purchase a home and need to replace my roof in the next couple of years.
I just wanted to get some info on this and see how much I was looking at from a price standpoint. They are receiving a single star because of some of the worst customer service I've ever received from someone in business.

I didn't have them do my roof (metal) but wish I had spent the extra money b/c the company I had was a problem from the get go. From what I can see they are very thorough, pay there help well so they retain them and have less turn over which translates to better workers and quality work. Their design of the vent stack option is a good indication of their commitment to do a quality job. jmb
