Chris replaced my roof and gutter repairs in June 2018 when there was a lot of storm damage. I called him on Monday, Sept. 13, 2021 because it looked like the gutter cover was coming up. He came today, Sept. 15 and checked it out. He fixed the problem, at no charge. Chris's company has always been there for me, in a small project or large one, he can be counted on.

What a pleasant experience working with Chris Hosch the owner of The Roofing Man, Inc. Chris' team of 4 roofer were in perfect coordination as a team while applying our new roof. Chris and his team did a fantastic job with my new roof. Chris is exactly the type of contractor all homeowners are looking for: honest, hard-working, professional, clear, and dedicated. I had a unique situation with my previous roof, and Chris was able to direct me on options that would improve my situation and get me a discount on my homeowner's insurance. Additionally, when I've had questions about roof related topics, Chris has always made the time to chat on the phone and help me where needed.
At one point, during some strong spring storms, I was having an issue with my chimney leaking. Chris came over to check the flashing (which was installed correctly), sent me photos of areas on my chimney where the mortar was coming loose, and even filled in some areas where mortar was missing at no charge. He goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend Chris and The Roofing Man for your next roofing project.

Chris, The Roofing Man, was responsive and professional all the way from original estimate, working with insurance claim office regarding the wind, rain roof damage. In our opinion, he exceeded reasonable expectations. All work was promptly done and he worked with drywall guy to repair interior concerns. We highly recommend Chris, The Roofing Man. We've had 2 roofs replaced over the years using the RoofingMan, Inc. The last one was old and no problems, just changing home owner insurance which lowered our premium with new roof. His crew does excellent work and cleans up the debris like it was their place. Chris makes everything click to get the job done.

I picked the roofing man based on the review and he did not disappoint. He helped me work with the insurance company and he was exactly on budget/estimate. Someone had referred The Roofing Man to do our house. I am very thankful I chose Chris, the owner. He was honest, quick, and stayed in contact with us the whole time. We decided to upgrade to a better shingle, and he walked us through the benefits of different options. Upon tearing off the chimney chase, we found rotting OSB behind the tar paper. His guys helped me to replace the rotting board, and wrapped it to protect anymore water from leaking behind there (we replaced the chase cover and chimney siding not long after).
We now have NO leaks on the roof, and it looks REMARKABLY sharp. The whole project after we signed paperwork was done in a very reasonable time. I promise you, you WILL NOT be disappointed!

Great Roofing company. Chris and his team took all of the headache out of putting a new roof on my house. He explains everything in detail. Took only 3 days to complete the job and he made sure the clean up was to my satisfaction. I will be calling on them again to add new gutters on my home. Great company.
