This was my first hurricane as a homeowner. The great people at Hahn Roofing helped make the process a little less painful. Brannon, the sales guy, was so prompt and helpful. In the crazy aftermath of the storm, he made a minor error measuring, when insurance called him on it, he was quick to admit the mistake and make the adjustment to his estimate.
The crew that installed the roof did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves. Strong winds the day after installation blew off some of the new shingles but I called Brannon and Hahn had someone back out the next day to replace them. Once everything was installed and inspected, I received the bill exactly as estimated. I was nervous about mailing a check that large, so I called to see if I could pay over the phone.
The nice people in Boyce explained that they have a credit card fee but they could send someone to meet me to pick up the check. The inspector that collected the check went over all the work done with me and the warranty and gave me a receipt. I hope I never need another roof, but if I do I'll definitely go with Hahn Roofing again.

I can't say enough good about Hahn Roofing. We lost our roofing to Hurricane Laura. Jacob Ducote took excellent care of us. He returned our calls promptly. Came out when he said he would. Gave us a very reasonable bid. The work crew showed up early & did an amazing job. Our home is 2 story with different hips and valley's. Also a chimney to work around. It's not an easy quick job. But they got it done in 2 days. The clean up was beautiful too. I would highly recommend this company.

I used Hahn to repair my roof after a hail storm and I had wonderful customer service with Sammy. After I got hit by two hurricanes I contacted Sammy in September to get them to repair my roof again since I had a great experience the first time. Sammy let me know that he no longer works there and gave me the number to the owner. I contacted the owner in October and said he would get someone out to come temporarily repair my roof until they could get it fixed because the wait would be a while.
No one ever showed up. Weeks later I contacted the owner AGAIN and I verbally heard him tell Richard to come out to my house and get us fixed up. Weeks later Richard never showed up so I called the owner back and let him know. Finally I got a call from Richard and we set up a time for him to come to my house. He told my husband that he would be getting a quote to us via email soon.
Over a month later I have not heard from anyone nor have I received a quote. I finally called Richard and he started giving me excuses saying he got sick. something happened to his daughter etc etc. I would've respected this company MUCH more had they told me in the beginning that they couldn't get to me. It is now the end of December and I am finally moving on to a different company. Don't waste your time with Hahn Roofing.
