THE STAFF AT BADGER ARE 2ND TO NONE. AFTER 6 YEARS LIVING IN PAULDEN THEY HAVE ANSWERED EVERY CONCERN. FIXED LEAKS INSPECTED, REPLACED MISSING SHINGLES THAT I SUPPLIED AND FINALLY THEY INSTALLED A NEW ROOF. NEVER DEMANDED PAYMENT UPFRONT OR IMMEDIATELY. IF EVERY BUSINESS WAS OPERATED THIS PROFESSIONALLY WITH THIS MUCH CARE FOR THE CUSTOMERS, THE WORLD WOULD BE A BETTER PLACE.

Do not use unless you are an able bodied male that can oversee the work. 10 years ago my Dad was here and could keep an eye on the and the did a good job. Now it it is about being taken advantage of. Be sure you do not mind a total lack of communication, cooperation and poor workmanship. If you are 92, female, trusting people to mean what they say and do what they said they would do.and you want to wait from July until the following March for poorly done job to be completed---then this is your company.

They did not replace the "soft boards". They took the advice from an offsite contractor and pulled up and ruined her previously working cooler and destroyed copper tubing. They hired a different contractor to put the new cooler and he put it in backward, the drainage is on the uphill side by the downdraft vent of the cooler. They did not clean up the nails in the driveway.

They "badgered" her for payment when she had not yet received the payment from the insurance company BECAUSE they had not turned their paperwork in a timely manner and the job was not yet done. The never said "sorry" for the inconvenience for the rudeness, for the lack of communication or any of the grief they caused her.

I called to see if someone could come meet our Insurance Adjuster in a week from my call. They called me back in 1 day after my call which I left a message She said it would take a month for someone to come and look at my Roof damage and back Pario leaking damage from the Rain/Hail Storms. She said she would check to see if they could make it out sooner.

In the mean time an other Company could come out in a day. So really didn't get a chance to speak to anyone. I called because of all the Radio and Truck advertising I saw for about 2 weeks prior to our bad Storms.

Professional, respectful, "yes we can" attitude that works on a foundation of integrity. Especially appreciate the multiple times of going the extra mile.

Very satisfied with the excellent work done by Badger Roofing. From start through end of the project, Scotty (Supervisor) was accessible. The crew were experienced roofers that kept me informed on every step.

Called Badger roofing to check on broken tile on my roof, Roger came and changed one tile and recommended miner repair to one section of the roof, very reasonable estimate he gave me, they got it done timely and did very good job, I will Definitely recommend badger roofing for their honesty and excellent work they did for me.

I made several calls for estimates for repairs to my roof. Scotty was the only one to respond. Even though he was backed up he came out to give estimate. When the work is completed I will add to my review upon completion.

The job itself was decent enough and done in a timely manner. However, after they left we noticed all the nails on the ground. We picked up all that we found as we have a small child and pet dog. Even so, our dog suffered a puncture wound to her paw. Here it is, 8 months later and we are still finding multiple nails on a daily basis. This was not the first time our home has needed a new roof but the ONLY time nails have been left behind like this.

I have talked to others about this and they told me that there are magnets that they are to use after the job is done to ensure that all nails have been picked up. Only 1 star because our pet was injured and that is a serious matter.

I had my roof replaced maybe 4 years ago. About a 2 years after we had our roof replaced on our two story office. I noticed a water leak during rain storms; on the lower level. I got up on the roof last week and noticed a large 3" by 6" opening where the AC connected to the duct work. Being that Badger had to remove the AC during their roofing job I figured I would call them up to see if they would come look at it and make the repair.

They told me it was an AC problem not a roof problem. Even though they are the last ones to service that connection from the AC to the Duct work they didn't think it was their problem. Between my house and my business I think I have given them $60,000 worth of work in the past 4 years. I guess I'm not important enough to make a $75 repair. Signed Dale

Couldn't be more pleased with Badger Roofing. Our roof looks great but what really wowed me was when I called in for a non-urgent, minor problem 6 months after the installation. Scotty was at our home and the problem fixed by the end of the day. Service after the sale is cliche but these guys live it. Highly recommended.
