Rock Solid Custom Exteriors

I had a great experience working with the Rock Solid Team on my concrete project. Our Salesman Nate was upfront and honest about the scope, timing and expectations of the job. He provided some great recommendations for the project that look even better than what I had originally planned. The Supervisor Rob is definitely a seasoned professional and came out to my home multiple times before the job even started to look at every aspect of the project.

He made me aware of any concerns and always let me know my options as the job progressed. I noticed Rob more than once jumping right in with the crew to help out when needed, he was not afraid to roll up his sleeves. I was very impressed with our Foreman Eric and his team. Eric orchestrated his team very well and managed multiple aspects of the job in different areas of my property at the same time, all while working himself.

While Eric was definitely in charge and was always the first at the job and last to leave, he had a few guys that seemed like they could have also run the job. They were all efficient, hard working and cleaned up after every day. I also received daily calls from Katie at the office, who addressed any concerns I had and updated me on the teams plan for the following days.

I really appreciated Katie keeping me in the loop and managing expectations. While no project is without obstacles, the Rock Solid Team without a doubt puts customer service first and is quick to address any issues. I would not hesitate to recommend or hire them again for my next project.

We used Rock Solid to re-do the concrete in our garage and driveway. Rob, who gave us the quote, was honest and up front from the beginning. Katie did great with follow-ups and communicating time-frames. At the time of the project - Eric, Omar, and their crew were amazing! A fantastic group of hard working guys that do their jobs well and put quality above finishing quickly (though they did that too). Eric did a great job of keeping us up-to-date on progress and next steps so we knew what to expect.

Both Eric and Omar answered every question we could come up with, no matter how stupid. The concrete looks wonderful and my husband/I couldn't be happier with the project. I'm ecstatic that we have a functioning driveway and garage again but I'm definitely sad we won't be seeing the crew anymore.

We hired Rock Solid back in 2021 to build us a deck. Bad idea. The crew that came out was not ready to work; one had an arm/wrist cast and the other complained almost the whole time. We even asked about delaying the job until the crew was healthier; nope. Once the job was complete, we had problems all over the place. We had uneven cuts to unaligned cuts, mismatched railing, the plastic tarp and pea gravel below, and things mysteriously falling off the contract.

Keep in mind since everything was signed electronically, their system never sent me my contract; that was a whole other issue in itself. I was in constant contact with the salesman and contractor about all the problems; so much so that I even received calls from the VP, but not asking what the problems are but why I haven't signed off on the job. The pictures will speak for themselves, which are the current conditions of my deck.

The one thing I wanted to highlight was my lattice, which is one of the major items that fell off my contract. Eventually the salesman and contractor admitted to remembering it being there; so the company had to honor it. That said, they didn't provide me with the matching material; hence why you see pressure treated lattice. I don't expect perfection, but I guarantee they wouldn't want this deck at their home. We will never use or recommend this company. I am seeking legal advise to see what my options are.

Nathan was our salesman he was very professional and helpful. He walked us through the process of working with the insurance company to get our roof replaced and even met the adjuster at our house. With his help our insurance claim was approved and we'll have a new roof in a few weeks! At very little cost to us! If the rest of process goes as smoothly as Nathan made the beginning this should be a piece of cake! I can't wait to see the finished product!

My experience so far has been great! I saw the billboard on 75 and decided to call. I was greeted by Jason who assisted me with setting up an appointment right away. He even provided his cell phone number if I needed to reschedule. Great client service! Griffin then came out to give us a quote. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain everything to us and brought samples so we could actually see and feel the materials that will be used. We signed up with him right away as our confidence in him alone was enough to know we're in good hands. We are excited to see the final result!

We just had Rob out to our house for an estimate on a concrete patio. He happens to be the concrete manager so we got to hear directly from the installer how the job will be done and what to expect. He was great to talk to and super knowledgeable. He quoted us a decent number and then talked to the sales manager Dave for us. We had talked to 4 other companies and told Dave we had some other numbers.

He was able to get us some rebates an amazing deal we couldn't turn down. It was great to work with these 2 guys on the estimate and we can't wait for the job to get done later this summer. I will update my review once the work is completed.

Great experience with this company. Especially during a pandemic. Mike, Doug, Rick, James.forgive me i don't recall everyone's name but they are all very good, professional, clean up after project was great. Communication was good. I love my new roof. I recommend this company. I'm now part of the Rock Solid family. They go above and beyond for you. Keep up the good work guys!

Happy to give a 5 star review. I applied online for an estimate regarding my gutters, my previous gutters had holes and were a hot mess. I can't recall the mans name that came out to Give us an estimate but he was kind and professional. I tend to go with bigger "named" companies for the simple fact majority do financing and with just purchasing my first home my budget was small.

The guy that got us an estimate was able to get us approved for a loan within 10 minutes, quick fast and simple. I also needed my patio door replaced. The previous door I had was aluminum and was old. The gutters were installed fast, the crew that came and did it was quick and fast and professional. My patio door is not your typical door had to be custom made (which took longer) but I'm very pleased with how it turned out.

The two guys that came to install the door were great, professional. They made sure everything was properly sealed and assured me my heat wouldn't escape from within the house. The financing installment is great! For a patio door and gutters I pay a very fair price. So very pleased with that. I do recall speaking to service manage a few times which was pleasant, he understood the importance of my concerns. Amy is who I mostly communicated with and she was great at responding quickly. I'm overall happy. Thanks again!

We had siding and concrete work done, to the tune of 30k with Rock Solid. I've never been left with such a disgusted feeling from the interactions I had trying to get problems fixed from. The siding crew was professional and courteous, worked extremely hard to make sure we were happy with their work. After some small cleanup Work and a few touch ups of sloppy caulk, I would say we are mostly happy with the siding portion. Joe, the manager (?) and I had a few conversations and that was where I got to feeling a bit frustrated and honestly disrespected as a customer.

I've never had a contractor try to gaslight me before! Completely unreal. At one point I was told " they're siding guys, not Jeeves, what do you expect?". Are you kidding me? The concrete work is fine for what it is, but what really was ridiculous was the fact that the crew overdug around the driveway/sidewalk to make their frames and TOOK OUR FILL DIRT WITH THEM.

When they were done with the job and I asked if our dirt would be replaced since it was huge trenches that remained - I was told that was considered "landscaping" and was not part of our contract. After the garbage interactions I had already had, I decided to not subject myself to another round since I knew it would be pointless. Now we have to pay for 4 yards of first to fill what these guys took with them. Would NEVER use this company again or recommend to anyone.

HOUSE LOOKS AWESOME! I had my roof, windows, siding, and gutters all replaced. From the moment David M and Dan W walked in I knew I had found the company I wanted to go with. They were professional and very knowledgeable about everything, and less expensive then the others guys I had talked to already. Roof went on first. great job, looks excellent. Windows were next. same thing. The siding took the longest, but Ron and his team took their time and made every little piece look perfect. I cant praise everyone enough for the great job!
