This is a very good company to contact for an estimate and for consultation. Willie Henderson was my representative and answered all my questions and explained my options. Katie, as the office representative, was always helpful and responded promptly to my requests. We were selling my father's house and needed a small roof vent repair done quickly, along with replacing the shingles over this area.
Although the estimate appeared a little high, I understood their explanation that it was due to the job being small, the fact that they would have to drive to and from Michigan City to South Bend to complete the work and we were asking for a quick turnaround in under a week (and right before the 4th of July holiday). They did quality work and I would recommend them, especially if you live in the Michigan City area.

Called to get quote. One 9 foot piece of composite siding came off in windstorm. Called on a Wednesday and told they would be out to take a look on Thursday or Friday. They finally came out on Tuesday of following. Quote to replace one piece of siding and paint match would be $700. This is a $200 job on the generous side. Needless to say I told them they are way out of line and hung up. Don't waste your time with this bunch. One star is too good.

I highly recommend R L Roofing Service. I live in Portage, Indiana and R L Roofing was thousands less than other roofers, did an outstanding job and was finished in three days (still amazed at this because I do not live in a small house). Permits were pulled on Monday, the roof came off on Tuesday and the roof went back on, on Wednesday. When R L Roofing left on Wednesday you could not tell anything had been done. Lee, the Salesman I dealt with, answered every question I had and believe me I had a lot of questions, was very professional and accommodated our work schedules.
I couldn't be happier with the job they did, the customer service I received or their quality of workmanship. I consider R L Roofing a five star roofer. Thanks for a pleasant experience!
