We had a small job done on our crawl space under our back room. They were to insulate to ensure our water pipes running into the house would not freeze in the future. We also had three large openings currently covered by plyboard. We told them we wanted metal crawl space doors installed and the boards removed. What we got was white composite material for the doors.
They do not look any better than the plywood we had. On top of that they only replaced two because of a dryer vent located on one. This issue was never brought up during the presentation or we would have reconsidered doing it. What we wanted was for the crawlspace to be insulated and the outside to look more aesthetically pleasing. What we got was a cheesy looking job at the cost of over $3000.00.
If I knew the outcome I wouldn't have had the job done. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE JOB. WOULD REALLY LIKE THE DOORS ALL REPLACED LIKE WE WERE TOLD WITH METAL DOORS. IF THIS WASN'T ABLE TO HAPPEN WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD SO WE WOULD NOT HAVE WASTED OUR MONEY! ******************************************************************* Steven came out today to rectify my issues.
He was very friendly and helpful and the company will refund the cost of the two doors that i was unhappy with as they weren't metal crawlspace doors. I am happy with this fix. The foundation on our 101 year old home in Woodruff Place was starting to bulge and needed help. We looked at several options and Indiana Foundation Services had the best plan and reasonable pricing. The sales staff examined the situation and explained our options. The installation crew of Dustin W. and Kyle M. arrived on the agreed time in a clean truck and got right to work.
They were friendly and seemed knowledgeable and dedicated. The made sure we understood what they we up to and went about it. When they were done the showed the work and what the future for our foundation will be. They respected our house as they went in and out cleaned up after they were done. All in all we are very satisfied with IFS and the work they did. Now we wait to see how the remediation they did holds up and improves our home.

I appreciate the work that Indiana Foundation Service completed at my house. Todd A. inspected the house and recommended stabilizing push piers. Dan B. came out to complete the work and was very knowledgeable and professional along with Kris H. and Max S. as they worked in the cold weather. They installed the stabilizing piers under my foundation and showed me their work and explained what they were doing as it went along. They also did a nice job cleaning up after the job was completed.

I want to first start off saying that my wife and I knew nothing regarding how our current basement drain system was supposed to function. Doug arrived on time and was beyond knowledgeable. Not only did he know the product he was selling, he was able to explain to my wife and I why we were experiencing the water coming into our basement in multiple spots.
He was super friendly and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We decided to go with a new interior drain system around all the perimeter of our exterior basement walls. The system that was sold to us was backed by a lifetime guarantee. We are going to schedule the work here in a few weeks. The financing piece of their business was super simple and they offer a discount if you use it. 12 months same as cash, which we went with, why wouldn't we?
I will also post a review here in a few months after we get the system installed and experience a heavy rain. **UPDATE** Steven, Charles and Thomas installed the interior drain system today in just 8 hours! All super nice guys and very knowledgeable. All were very friendly, approachable and answered all my questions. Steven was awesome on the inspection and run through after they were finished. Awesome guys and did an awesome job!

James, Dylan A., and Robert W did a great job. They were very professional, friendly, and courteous. Every morning, we received a call to let us know that they were on their way and their ETA. Being a brand new home owner. and finding you have flooding in your basement is a really, really scary thing. but. being the researcher I am. I started looking at methods to fix the problem. and as well. the best folk to do the job. because this was way out of my comfort zone. In pretty much all the search results I got. Indiana Foundation was not at the top of the list. nor were they at the bottom. but. they were consistently in the top five (5) or most recommended contractors in my area of Indiana.
As for the work. it was top notch. they arrived when they said they would. and completed the job when they said they would too. Corey and Duston (the guys on the crew that did the work) were the utmost in courteous, and conscientious. always ready to explain and answer any questions we had. As for their work ethic. these guys were Monsters.! They easily would put any crew of 6 - 8 to shame with their go-at-it-ness. and. not just from the neck down. they worked smart.
I have been posting all sorts of pics and comments to my many followers. recommending any and all to contact Indiana Foundation for any of their water abatement needs. Some of the best money we've spent on the house yet. Thanks Allen Steiner Tim Felix

I had an excellent experience with Indiana Foundation Service. I had a gutter system and sump installed. The sales process was easy. Steven T., Noah S. where the installers, they were very polite and did a great job. They arrived on time and even provided a courtesy call to let me know they were on the way. Once the job was complete Steven walked through everything with me and made sure I was satisfied with the work. Thank you so much! Now I don't have to worry about a wet basement.
