Great service! Reasonably priced and willing to work with your insurance company. One of the few companies that offer repairs and just don't try to sell you an all new replacement. Recommend for roofs, gutters and siding repair or replacement.

Got a roof replacement estimate and gutters cleaned. They were punctual and did a good job. The roof estimate was thorough and they presented various options for materials and financing.

Contacted Roofworks on a Thursday about fixing a loose gutter and loose piece of siding. Chris came out the next day for an estimate and fixed both issues while he was here. Roof Works, WOW.I researched them online after talking with my neighbors about flat roof replacement and gutters. I called Roof Works and got a friendly helpful person on the line and scheduled an estimator to check out my roofing needs. Mr. Widener the estimator, was very professional and educated me regarding roofing. I felt like I was talking with a long time friend and I did not really want to get any other estimates.

But I did anyway to be fair to myself. The other companies could not compare with the professionalism and office responsiveness Roof Works exhibited. All estimates were close. The installation crew were extremely neat, respectful, and also professional. They conferred with me regarding my choice on a couple of things. Mr. Widener, took photos before the job.

The installation team took photos during and after their work and emailed to me. My final payment had a hiccup and they worked with me while I conversed with my bank. I am more than satisfied with Roof Works and am pleased to share my experience with them. Thank you Roof Works!

I was very impressed with pretty much every part of working with this company. They came by right away, provided a thoughtful and fair quote immediately. There was no pressure, they really did a great job overall. As this is a roofing company I would be very happy to never have to call them again, but if I ever have issues with this roof or a future roof they will be my first choice.

Outstanding work done. Arrived on time, set up work space and proceeded to work quickly and efficiently. Unexpected bonus cleaned my gutter! Great repair job! Very responsive, professional and cleaned up everything. I had them install a tarp untill I could get the repair completed. I would recommend doing that especially with all the rain and winds occuring in the DMV. Read your contract, some things didn't apply to my repair and it was no problem getting that deleted.

I received a call from the their office! They wanted to help me with my situation. I was not able to pay the full balance like I thought I would be. Therefore they worked with me! I'm extremely pleased! I will pay it in two weeks time! This is a relief! I have a new roof.they did leave two wholes in my ceiling.i watched them form when they were banging up there fixing my roof. They said they are not responsible for inside damage.so I will fix that later.but the overall price was good compared to others.nice foreman

This company was hired to fix and install a "new roof" by a third party and left it in worse shape than they found it. After this, the owner April tried to pull a quid pro quo for her to look into potentially fixing the company's bad work in exchange for pulling down a negative online review. When the online review wasn't taken down, she never responded to any follow-up emails or calls.

The roofer left an impression with me that he was in a hurry and did not care for the pooling problem he admitted to, and at least one company representative on the phone was rude and combative. As background, the property was vacant at the time of service, and I presume no one from the property was there at the time. We met the roofer later on so he could audit his own work, after much insistence on the phone, and the first thing he commented on was that he was in a hurry to meet his fiance(e).

He got on the roof, did not spend a lot of time, came down and admitted there was pooling but that "flat roofs" do that. We spent more time talking than he spent inspecting the roof, and when I pointed out that our neighbors didn't have that problem and that the pooling was worse before he had no response. It took awhile to even get the company to send him to - objectively? - inspect his potentially hurried failures when no one was watching him install the roof.

I wouldn't expect him to admit it if he did mess up or rush the job to go see his fiance(e). Only after a representative from a major real estate agency got on the phone with Roofworks did they agree to send someone to inspect. I guess they were afraid of getting the bad publicity in the real estate agent community and potentially ruining any deals they may have.

Their argument is that flat roofs pool water. We told them that it was worse after they installed the new roof, and most of the time they ignored this but once they even tried to argue that I actually didn't see the roof before the repairs. They also ignored pictures (see attached before and after). They harped on the misnomer name of "flat roof" and didn't take responsibility.

Flat roofs do have a gutter system and when done properly they are supposed to have a slight incline to that gutter. Our row home neighbors also didn't have pooling as bad as we did after the "new roof." In total, we spent several hours trying to get them to fix their shoddy work, but to no avail. The contingent offer to look into what they could do so long as a bad online review was taken down was also pretty shady.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Roofworks were hired to install a new roof because of pooling issues. Once, Roofworks was done with the "new-roof, " we now have more pooling than before. Every time we call them, an extremely rude customer service agent answers the phone. It just seems like a company that only wants to profit without providing any work. For your own sanity, please choose another company.

Roofworks is the least professional, and downright shady contractor I've ever hired. After selling me a roof to solve a leak (it didn't), I hired them again. This time they sent a guy to our home for an hour, who did nothing. They then sent the same guy back who told us they couldn't do anything. For those two trips they've decided to keep the $1500 deposit I paid.

After deciding not to allow them back in our home, their owner, April Smith sent me an email threatening to have a collections firm bill me for the balance. I'm filing a dispute with the Better Business Bureau and strongly urge anyone to hire any other contractor.

Our home has been upgraded THANKS to Roof Works! Our home needed a new roof and gutters with gutter guards. Michael W. came to our residence to inspect the roof. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with a thorough explanation of what needed to be done. Once we agreed to have the work completed, it was smooth sailing - from the delivery of the materials to the finished product. Thank you Roof Works for exemplifying GREAT customer service and for a job well done!

If I could give them a 0 I would. I was referred to this company by several people and I was in need of a new roof, so I called them up. I was excited that I could get on the schedule so soon and the representative was so friendly. The materials were delivered and sat in front of my house for 2 weeks. Then when the office got involved and things got very unprofessional rather quickly!

The office representatives were unprofessional borderline rude and when the work was complete there some damage done to some of my window screens. The original rep was not as friendly when he came back to replace the torn screen. He did a horrible job replacing the screen! I will not call this company again nor will I recommend this company for roofing services. I should have read the comments before going with this company.

Roofworks was phenomenal to work with. Initially in 2015 or so I asked them to give me an estimate on a porch roof. I did not end up moving forward with the job, but they gave the most thorough and reasonable estimate of 3 companies. So in Dec 2018 when I needed to re-do a typical DC rowhouse roof I called them, along with 3 other companies. This time the roof was leaking and it was a must do. Roofworks sent over someone to do the inspection right away, and give a very reasonable detailed estimate.

Of the three roofing companies, one never got back to me, one gave a slightly higher estimate but the warranty part wasn't so clear. I went with Roofworks, and was glad I did. They called me to set up the job within 30 days (around 15-20 days actually) and did the job in one day. Best part: sent very detailed photos of the process and final result. I didn't even have to ask. Will recommend.

Sloppy and amateurish. They replaced a section of roof, resulting in a puddle forming directly on a seam. Resulting water pressure created a new leak that the project manager said 'is to be expected with flat roofs.' Not 2 months after they completed the work. Also left tar and roof debris throughout my back yard for my infant to seek out whenever she goes to play.

Installed a brand new roof. From start to finish the crew was very professional. Thank you again Roofworks!

Horrible. The representative came out to my house twice and I tried to get in contact with him for over a month never heard back I was on the verge of signing the contract but he wouldn't return my calls. I even called the company a couple of times and left messages and I never heard back. Terrible customer service. Glad I did not give them any money. Stay away
