Really bad, unprofessional, rude company. I had this company come to my home for an estimate. The associate was beyond rude, borderline insulting. They drove into my yard, really damaging my grass and property while my paved driveway was completely empty. They asked to see the inside of my house (no roofing company I've used in the past has needed to see the inside of my home).
I did not get the estimate on the spot, then when i called a week later, they were again very rude and hung the phone up on me without the estimate. The entire experience was a waste of time, and worse yet, I now need to repair my lawn. Wish I could give zero, or negative stars.

I was terribly disappointed. I heard about this company on WRBS. Brenden who is a manager came out to my home to do the estimate. The first thing he asked was to see the room where the leak was so he could know exactly where the leak was. When I said no because I had already had other estimates and no one needed to see the room to tell me what was wrong with my roof, he shut down, spent 10 minutes on the roof and was in his car with the engine going.
When I came outside to ask if he was was done he talked at me from the truck. I had to ask approximately what he would they charge to repair it. Told me he would send the estimate to my email. Never did. I called to speak to his boss. Brenden called me back was but unavailable when I tried to reach him again. I finally left a message via text and decided to write a review on the website.
I am a professional and small business owner and I know sometimes things can happen and wanted an opportunity to correct my poor first impression. That did not happen. They absolutely should not advertise on Christian radio. Very disappointed.

We contacted Rosedale Roofing after our Insurance company completed a home inspection, informing us that we had lifting shingles on our 10 year old roof/house, and that we needed to make these repairs in order to maintain our coverage policy. Steve B came out promptly to provide a free estimate. Steve determined that after an inspection of the areas in question, and based on his years of experience as a licensed and insured roofer, that these are all common issues for a roof at this phase in its lifespan.
He also felt that any disturbance to the shingles could potentially cause leaks not prevent them. He saw no cause for concern at this point, and recommended we don't need any service done at this time. Steve also went the extra mile and sent us this in writing on company letterhead in order to appease the request of our insurance company. We will gladly use the services of Rosedale Roofing when our roof does need repair.

I love Rosedale roofing. Very professional, great work. They've fixed several roofing issues. The estimator walked up on the roof took photo's, showed me on the photos on their ipad, after he gave me an estimate on the spot. The estimator did the work on the spot. I recommended Rosedale roofing to a coworker, he got several estimates and ended up hiring Rosedale roofing to put a new roof on his house off Liberty road.
