Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Contracted to clean and paint trim around chimney and clean siding stained from chimney. Colbert agreed to do their best to clean the siding. Siding wasn't cleaned at all. It could be cleaned with basic products but no effort was made. I know what this company's "best" is. Also got paint on my deck.

Critical: Quality They do no pickup their trash and it blows everywhere. Even after speaking to them about it they leave the place a mess.

Critical: Professionalism Yes. I am leaving a review from my experience on 07/07/20. I had called and was referred to Kristen in the accounting department. I called and treated this lady with respect and she was unprofessional and rude. This is one miserable woman and I definitely did not appreciate the way I was treated!

Know some people that work there personally. They do great work

Courteous and responsive when called. Discovered they were good at communicating in response to a request for an estimate. They're a three- generation business--pretty unusual!

We used Colbert many moons ago to install the new roof on our addition. Ever since then they have been our "go to" guys whenever a tree branch would fall & damage our roof. They may be hard to reach at times but well worth the effort. They recently came out to make a repair and only charged us $150. Heck, it is hard to get any repair man out to our home to just LOOK at a repair for $150.

The also just provided an estimate for our neighbor who owns a cute little Cape Cod style home - $6500 for roof, gutters & upgraded shingles. She ended up having to use a service she was conned into signing up with that charged her $15,000! If you are looking for an honest, family owned & very reliable/respectable roofing company Colbert is the one!
