Owner & operator Robin Delgado has been working in the composites and construction industry for almost two decades. With over 15 years experience in fiberglass fabrication and fiberglass deck coatings. Robin Delgado started the Eastern Fiberglass Company, LLC in 2006 and the company has grown from a two man operation to operating 6 trucks and scheduling up to 30 jobs per week. We have completed over 2400 jobs in 7 years while continuing to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction possible.
All our fiberglass decks start with the installation of 1/2 AC Aruco plywood. Glue and screws 8 OC are used to fasten the plywood. This greatly reduces the possibility of cracking joints and nail pops. Shop routed Azek trim boards are fastened to the outside edge of the fiberglass deck and chamfer strips along interior walls.
Shower pans are required to be sloped to drain prior to waterproofing application. Please advise if slopped base will be provided at site. All blocking 8 min must be installed prior to scheduling. Fiberglass membrane is hand laid to the area, A solid surface is required on all areas to be waterproofed.
