Lockhart Roofing did an excellent job on our roof replacement project from start to finish and beyond. Gary estimated the job and thoroughly explained each element of the cost. Michelle scheduled work and notified us when the materials were to arrive and also the debris truck. Eric and his crew arrived early, completed the tearoff while dealing with an inch of accumulated snow, repaired damaged sheathing areas, placed the shingles and installed a new ridge vent.
The following day Bobby and Luke installed gutter guards and cut in new soffit vents. Two days later, they returned at our request to remove a downed TV antenna and repaired the roof damage from the fall. I was impressed by the company's communication skills and workmanship. Well done, Lockhart, and I will recommend you in the future.

We have had Lockhart Roofing work on two different properties. The first time was a roof installation on our old home. We had a fabulous experience very quick, very professional, very easy to work with the staff. The second time we had gutters installed on our new home. Again fabulous to work with. Very responsive to our inquiry and fast to schedule. The installation team was very fast and professional while on site. Their team is wonderful!

I had Lockhart Roofing install my new roof a few years ago and this month they wrapped the peaks on my home with aluminum and installed new gutters and downspouts. Both times I have been pleased with the wormanship and professionalism of all of their staff. My house looks fantastic and I no longer have to worry about painting trim! They are a family owned business and take pride in their work and it shows! Highly recommend.

Avoid this company. They did a reroof last summer. It took them 3 months to start and they did a crapy job. Took them over 4 weeks once they did start, where is should have taken them 1 week at the most. Had to have them come back out to repair damage to my gutters and repair piping that wasn't completed right. I have found over 20 nails. This summer I have leaks in several areas they didn't do right. My porch where they were supposed to replace damaged wood with new wood was not done. I now have to hire another company to put the wood down. This is a terrible company!

Sure enough, they followed through and re-did the entire job from scratch. Replaced the damaged plywood that had originally not been replaced, and re-replaced the shingles over the affected areas.
The worker they sent to do the repairs was named James, and he worked a steady 6 hours on the project, and did a great job. I am very happy to see that Lockhart Roofing stands behind their work. Remember, if a phone call doesn't do it, write a letter. It usually gets to the right person, and in the age of social media, word-of-mouth is very important. I will certainly consider them on my short list of estimates when it's time to replace the entire roof in 10-15 years.
